California BLT is amazing and you can beat the view, don’t understand why people are sitting inside.

Stopped here twice while we stayed outside Zion NP. Had the Organic Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla Latte which was great! They have lots of milk(i.e. Soy, Almond, Coconut, etc) to substitute in your drink if you want. They have a ridiculous selection of teas(Republic of Tea brand) if you love hot tea and many Chai options. The café smelled amazing, though we didn’t eat there. If you’re looking for a delicious cup of coffee before your hike, drive or exploring the park — I’d recommend stopping.

It hard for me to give a restaurant just one star which serves such an awesome food with nice presentation and great quantity, but unfortunately, the staff seems be either pretty laid back or unprofessional. After waiting for 5 minutes at the register finally a lady came out and asked me, «yes! What you want»? No hello, no hi, no smile, no courtesy, nothing whatsoever. I believe the staff consists of some bunch of college going girls who were totally unsupervised. I am sure they got such a good rating on Unilocal and Trip Advisor because they are in a small town and only a few restaurants out there. Had they been in a busy city, these waitresses and the staff would have made the restaurant run out of business long ago. Adding more to the story, the chips packet that I got with my wrap was *EXPIRED*. It was expiry-dated 11⁄17 and they served it on 11⁄24. See the picture I uploaded. They seriously need to be audited by food inspector. This is truly a classic example when staff members don’t take their jobs seriously. Btw, hats off to the chef and sorry for the pathetic service given by the staff. They seriously need to replace some of them.

Mediocre mocha, and above average but not astronomical price for it. No Wi-Fi. Adequate parking. Rock hard(maybe not fresh?) cookies. The barista was nice, but the young woman at the cashier was not friendly, never smiled, and had a bad attitude.

Really 5 stars. The best ciabatta bread sandwich I ever had. Crunchy outside juicy inside. Breakfast was good too. I had tomato mozzarella sandwich and my husband had turkey cranberry sandwich. We both loved it. Ambience is nice. They have lot of art work displayed. And last, I got a nice big peanut butter chocolate chip cookie from here. Must try.

We were hungry for a salad and was told by a local that this is the place. She was absolutely correct. My husband and I split the Southwestern which had lots of spinach and other yummies. It was accompanied with a great tasting southwestern salad dressing and an Artisan roll. All of it was scrumptious and very filling. Even our black ice tea was tasty. The Café gets very busy as it was on the day we visited. The décor is very eclectic, hip and a bit southwestern. The tea leave selection to purchase was large and the coffee they sell smelled heavenly. Located right before the east entrance to Zion Nat’l Park is perfect so stop, eat or enjoy coffee/tea before entering the park. You won’t be sorry.

Perfect post-killer-hike cozy spot. Food was exactly what we were after for lunch.

Fantastic selection of milks for coffee and a really solid local roast to boot. Was able to get a coconut latte which was bold and smooth. A+ My wife and I split a Super Food Salad which was yummy and we also split a turkey cranberry panini. The former came with a wonderful crusty squaw bread and the latter was rich and filling. Relative to the mountains of southeast Utah this place is a diamond in the rough.

Highly recommend the chicken pecan salad. One of the best salads I have ever eaten. The chicken was flavorful and really high quality meat. Not the gross fake-grilled chicken that comes on so many salads these days. This salad was packed with grapes, blue cheese, craisins, nuts and chicken and came with warm garlic bread on the side. So good. On the other hand, the superfood wrap was just okay and overpriced. I hate it when the counter help tells you to «fill out this receipt.» I.e. Give me a tip for ringing up your take out order. Lame.

I ordered the«super food» wrap to bring up on our hike to observation point. Between the view and the wrap, I haven’t had a better lunch. This place opens at 7am so hikers can pack sandwiches and get a coffee at the same time. A pretty neat, accommodating service. I will be going back to get another wrap for our overnight.

The rhythm of the day started off crazily. It was mid September and there were violent storms brewing, cold winds picking up, and inevitable flash flooding in the forecast. We had just finished the *old people* tour, allowing the free trolley to show us the grandiose sights that are no longer available for viewing from one’s own car when the announcement came over the loud speakers regarding the inevitability of the storm’s killer potential and the warnings that Zion was in its path. We hastily retreated to our car in the parking lot. The drops of rain got bigger. Soup and sandwich started sounding nicer and nicer. And there, right near the entrance to the park, was cute little Café Soleil. The cozy bistro was warm and inviting, displaying a healthful but brief menu, with coffee and tea to warm your chilled bones. The soup of the day was thick, hearty Tuscan White Bean with(teeny tiny) meatballs and kale, a flavorful soup made special by a delicate herbal essence. It went well with the shared smoked turkey, swiss and bacon panini we ordered. If I have deluded myself into thinking I had picked a «healthful» element for my meal, the bacon and cheese were certainly my undoing. But it represented the comfort food I needed. Lastly, the pre-packaged oatmeal and raisin cookie I slipped under Mr B’s nose as he was paying the bill. It was huge and packed with good ingredients that made my head spin. Soft, buttery, spiced, chewy, I allowed it to be my reward for several days, and each nibble was just as good as the first day. I still yearn for that cookie. The meal was just as good as it sounded; the charming café, a wonderfully calming oasis midst a sea of questionable eateries that gouge your wallet and leave you still wanting. And as Goldilocks would have said, «It was just right!» We left, tummies full, satisfaction written all over our face, with no bear family to chase us away. If it is open, we shall come. Most certainly.

We were recommend by our concierge at the resort. Suppose to have awesome coffee but I passed since I brewed mine in our room. We kept passing by this place, but they were closed, having limited morning, afternoon hours… they got a life & a good gig. On our way out of Zion we decided to stop & grab a panini to go. As I pondered the menu the girl at the counter was talking up her local hikes. She recommend an awesome smaller canyon to go to but I was on a mission to see the big ones first. I ordered A tuna panini which I was hesitant to try cause I like my fishy stuff cold. Needless to report it was tasty, great bread & big enough to share with my guy as we drove on down to Bryce Canyon. It was our last quasi gourmet food we had until returning to San Francisco. This place was in the league of an off the grid food truck.

Best meal in Zion National Park. Whatever your plans are, include this café! Prices are fair, service is good, ordering and waiting time is average 20 minutes, food is healthy, and best of all, it’s slam dunk delicious! The only cons are that it has a small parking lot and is only open from 7am — 4pm. Sad, I know. I wish it was open until later, but it was completely worth waking up early. My favorite is the Superfood Veggie Wrap: Mixed lettuce, kale, cabbage, carrots, fresh berries, nuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds and ginger citrus dressing in a whole grain tortilla. Doesn’t it just sound amazing? The fiancé and I shared a wrap and loved it so much we turned around and got our own. IT’S THATGOOD. Note: Cannot refill water bottles here. Trust. I tried.

Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! This little coffee shop just outside of Zion National Park entrance is a surprising little gem buried in the massive Zion Canyon. I stopped here for breakfast just before a long day of hiking in the park and was surprised to find the low prices and a very high quantity and quality of food. After traveling all around the west stopping at national parks it is nice to find a restaurant that doesn’t charge you an arm and a leg for something as simple as a breakfast bowl. Overall I will definitely be back to Zion and this place will be on my list to revisit for any meal of the day.

An interesting little place right at the park entrance. Lots of early morning breakfast eaters and coffee drinkers at 7:30 Monday morning. You get in line, place your order, pay, take a number, take a seat and wait(not very long) for your order to be brought to your table. Based on Unilocalers’ recommendations, I tried the oatmeal and was not disappointed. It was steel cut with nuts and fruit, cinnamon, brown sugar and your choice of milk. Delicious — a great way to start the day. A side order of bacon was on the brittle side of crisp. My wife was quite pleased with her croissant breakfast sandwich. Our coffee was hot and flavorful. We will definitely return to Café Soliel.

I’m a bit torn between 3 to 4 stars for Café Soleil. Stumbled upon this cute café by accident trying to look for parking at Zion. Who knew there was a small # of shops/restaurants right at Zion?! I actually felt that prices were fair given the location. The décor inside is also very inviting with a zen vibe. This is where I’m torn… ordered chicken noodle soup, but it tasted as if it were a Progresso/Campbell’s soup can. The soup base was overly salty to where I couldn’t finish drinking, I just ate the noodles/chicken chunks/veggies. The hummus wrap was tasty, but nothing too unique about it. The Southwest Chicken & Blackbean Salad was good the first few bites, but became really salty later. The cheese melted nicely with everything. Overall, great place to rest before or after a hike. Service was good. Pay first and food will be brought out to you. No internet(couple signs encouraged people to talk to each other.) 1 unisex bathroom. Nice atmosphere.

Go for the breakfast burrito! It’s amazing! Perfect place for a good, healthy, clean breakfast with good coffee and the happiest staff I’ve seen in all of Zion. The owner was so sweet and even came by and said hi and asked how everything was. For the volume this place does they are exceptionally fast and clean. There was a line but it moved super quick. The food came out right at the perfect time when I’d had a couple drinks of coffee and just started thinking about food. As soon as I was done a super sweet, cute blonde girl cleaned our plates. The only bad thing was the some of the customers– can’t Los Angeles people leave their douchyness at the border! I get it, whining about how important you are makes you even more important and special.

Café Soleil is a great spot for a quick but quality breakfast before heading into the park. They have a wide variety of pastries, sweets, breads, and full blown breakfast sandwiches. I went with a bacon, egg and cheese and it was large and delicious. Definitely filling for the price. Of course this is a touristy area, so expect the prices to be a little higher than normal, but overall it’s not bad. The place is small and it’s all self seating so you may need to fight for a table or try to find a table outside if it’s warm enough.

Good for what it is and you can tell the ingredients are FRESH! Parking is good, size of the place is pretty small, but it is a good Café. Not too many choices, but enough to get you a good lunch and breakfast. Anyways, I will be back. I got the superfood salad and it was DELISH! Full of ingredients and a tasty ginger lemon dressing.

Found this to be one of the most convenient place to grab a quick bite before our hike and order sandwiches to take with us. Definitely one of the best wraps I had as they try to use as much fresh and local produce as possible. Price is reasonable considering its right outside of Zion and quality of food is great. Place is clean and service is friendly. You can’t complain if there’s not much in the area but even so I would of still came here.
