Great tenderloin sandwich! I could tell it was pounded and hand breaded in house. Friendly wait staff and great lunchtime atmosphere.

Ordered a cheesburger, it was about ¾ of the size of the bun. It was so thin and over cooked. I asked if it was frozen but they said it was fresh. NO WAY. My buddy got a horse shoe and he said it was a shit shoe. This is the second time I’ve been here and food quality really sucks.

I ate at this restaurant yesterday and the tomato soup was probably one of the best tomato soups, I have every tasted. It was very creamy and I wish I lived closer so I could order this more often. The food portions were very generous. It was a great experience…

One of the worst food experiences I’ve had. My wife ordered a pork tenderloin sandwich. They fried it with the paper that separated it from the others pieces when frozen. The paper was still on the pork when it arrived at the table!!!
I ordered a cheeseburger. When the bun greatly overtakes the burger, we have issues. It was just like bulk burger patties I get at the discount market
My daughter ordered pulled pork. Dry as dirt during a drought.
I can say the waitress showed legitimate concern for the issue with my wife’s meal. That was nice.
I don’t think they actually cook any food here that isn’t frozen and prepared for consumption.
I’d skip this place at all costs. If it was the last place on earth id starve.

So we went there because someone on Unilocal raved about the pulled pork and I heard a radio commercial featuring the dish. It was pork microwaved out of a can with a mini cup of generic bbq sauce. It was the most unflavorful pile of generic canned meat. The garlic mashed potatoes were instant powdered potatoes had been sitting on the stove all day, just look at the picture, that cook should have never served them. I had the grilled vegetables, same thing, some frozen veggies thrown on the grill with zero flavor and still just a touch cold on the inside. Wife had buffalo chicken sandwich, she didn’t eat but 2 bites, said yuk. Waitress disappeared after serving food, I have NEVER been so tempted to skip out on the check.

I’ve had the pleasure of eating at both abe ’ hideouts, and have enjoyed them equally. If you are ever out for lunch on Thursday swing by and get some ribs. They are excellent.

Nice environment but the food was like a pre-​produced school cafeteria. The nachos were eh. Wings are good. Fried mushrooms and fried mac and cheese bites were processed — eh. Prime rib is pretty good. Buffalo chicken strip horseshoe is better than the steak burger horseshoe. Monterrey chicken was average.
Advice would be to reduce the number of items on the menu and focus on something good.

What a pleasant surprise! Accidentally stumbled upon this great place. The waitress was really on top of her game. Had the all you can eat walleye ($ 12) and she told me she was bringing more without even asking.
The food was great and under priced. The walleye had q really unique and delicious corn meal breading. The real star was the homemade tomato basil soup. Wow. Delicious. Would def return

Great casual place for dinner. The outside looks like a strip mall but inside had character. The waitress we had was very accommodating. You can see the menu online but nice selection of ‘bar’ food but also had plenty of salads if you don’t want fried or cheesy food (although their fried, cheesy food is delish!). I will definitely go back to Abe’s! Just remembered… I am rating Abe’s on Abe Lincoln’s birthday. How appropriate.

I’ve eaten here at Abe’s many times and we love it. Nice selection of food and service is always friendly. Beer menu is a big limited but they have the basics. The steaks here are pretty good but at times they’ve overcooked my steak (normal for many restaurants though). Overall though we really enjoy Abe’s and enjoy coming back whenever we visit the area.

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. From the outside and the name, Abe’s sounds like just a small local pub with a couple slot machines inside. I was pleasantly surprised to find a full menu, a large dining area, and great food. There’s plenty to drink served by a friendly bartender. I’ll be back.

The food here is amazing! I have been here twice and have loved it. I usually go on Saturday nights as that is when they have their prime rib available and both times the prime rib has been excellent.
My favorite are their french fries which is an option for their sides. It was very crispy and its oh so delicious. The service was also very good (alright on the second trip) but overall the entire experience was great.
The restaurant has a nice feel to it but it is a bit chilly. Overall the place is clean, quiet, and overall nice place to dine out at.

Never going back, period! I ordered one martini and it was so strong I felt like I had been drinkig for eight hours straight, and I wasnt even half way through it! The food I thought could be better and we waited forever for the waitress to even get to our table so we can order. And thats not even the worst part! Because of how strong the drink was and how much grease was in the food I threw up all night and had a rough day trying to keep any food in my stomach. So yeah never coming back here again.

Excellent lunch today!
Had the breaded pork tenderloin and it was delicious. They cut, bread it fresh and it was really good. Fresh made ranch dressing and very tasty cheese sauce were nice compliment to the flavorful fries.
I will definitely be back!

First time there tonight. Excellent food. OK service. I had pasta prima era — yum! Hubby had flatiron steak. Said it was the best he’d had in a while. Not much atmosphere. We will go back — but will probably sit in the bar area.
