The battery on my iPhone 5 was going on the fritz so I went to this battery plus and for 59.99 they replaced the battery, within two days of the replacement my phone was going wacko… called the store and they told me they wouldn’t get any more batteries for my phone for 8 days…
They would call me when they came in… without a phone…
Had to go to Kansas City and while there visited a battery plus that replaced the battery and phone has been working great… never got a call back from original battery plus… won’t go there again. Kudos to the Kansas City store

This was my first time in a Batteries Plus. I have been around Springfield my entire life and this was also the first time I paid any attention to this location. I knew there are Batteries Plus locations in OK, but I didn’t realize this is a franchise — which it is.
I needed a watch battery — although I was there right before Christmas and busy, I was immediately assisted. The guy replaced my battery, set my watch and offered me a lifetime plan. Hmm. it was $ 9.99 for just the battery, but $ 19.99 if I bought the replacement plan. If I end up needing an additional battery, the replacement plan will be worth its cost already. Since this is my «dress» watch and RARELY worn, I decided it was worth the extra $ 10.
The location was very clean, well organized and all of the associates were very friendly. I would stop in here again.
