Benefit Brow Bar at Ulta

I read some scary things about the hair department. I had booked an appointment before reading the reviews. I almost cancelled my appointment but I“m glad I did not as I had a very good experience. I’m 49 and have wavy hair from hell that is not getting better as I’m getting older plus two cow licks and a huge head on top of all that other stuff. The hair stylist had wavy hair too and knew what to do. She told me what she was going to do before she ever started she also told me how much a hair cut with her costs and why. She said she is expert level. I’m like that’s fine. I need an expert with my hair, but I’m glad you told me the cost up front. Ultra was calm and quiet on a Sun at 12PM. Some places are so busy and noisy it stresses me all out. The same lady who cut my hair washed my hair. She was gentle not rough no pulling my hair or burning me with the blow dryer as my old place used to do. She talked to me the whole time not other people at the shop. I’m planning to go back.
