We have been going to Bogey’s FOREVER (Mr. M&P finds a favorite and then loves them «to death…» and/or until they piss him off…) This place pissed him/us off last summer (long, boring story, including sloooow, BAD service and waitresses who, at their manager’s insistence, disappeared in the middle of a Friday night RUSH to do the ALS ice bucket challenge!!) and we hadn’t been back in months.
Cooooold weather, close proximity, and curiosity brought us back last night. MUCH better service, same comfy, no surprises bar food menu, including better than average pizzas, large house salads, well-made burgers, sandwiches (my fish sandwich was a STEAL at $ 5.95!!), and several dinner options. Mr. M&P’s favorite NY strip w/two sides at $ 12.95, broasted chicken and cod both pretty hearty as well. Reasonably priced drinks, lots of TVs for sports viewing, and when/if warm weather ever returns (!!) great views of the lovely golf course out back…

Went for lunch after recommendation by co-worker. Ordered bacon cheddar burger and tater tots. Best burger I’ve found in Springfield. Way too many tater tots! Burger was juicy and hot with a toasted bun and all the fixings.
Full service bar with a pool table right next to golf course.
Daily specials and Friday and Saturday evenings have steaks and chops.
Will definitely return.
