Dude this place rocks. Open till 1pm. There is beer on tap, which goes fantastically with their unique pizzas. They have free homemade ranch to take home which is awesome for those of us who love ranch! I will be frequenting here for my pizza needs.

This is always My Post-Haircut spot to grab a bite. It’s walking distance from Hudson Hawn Downtown. Great pizza, great atmosphere, and not super crowded! Workers are always friendly! Probably my favorite pizza in Springfield!

This is the most rock and roll pizzeria I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting, and one where the deliciousness is served in massive helpings. It’s clear from the first bite that great care is taken in the preparation of the hand-tossed crust and ultra-fresh ingredients. It’s so good, in fact, that the only thing holding them back from a five star rating is the extremely limited seating — a small price to pay for what is probably the best pizza in Springfield.

I finally tried it today. I have to say I was very glad I did but upset because I hadn’t went sooner. I had a slip of pepperoni and a slice of chicken bacon ranch. They were both delicious and the crust has a crunch to it. I think it is on my go back soon list. It was on my go back soon list for only a few hours. I told my wife how it was and she refused to cook until she had tried it. So dinner became my second visit of the day.

Delicious pizza, beautiful urban atmosphere, and great service! The pizza is always on point and we love the variety of gourmet toppings! The chicken bacon ranch might be the best pizza on earth… The look of this place is amazing, style is second to none! Perfect place to sit down for a slice and draft. Quick enough for a bite on the run too… All in all, we absolutely love this place. Its without a doubt, as fine a pizza shop as u will find — anywhere!

Second lunch visit today. Good pizza(amazing crust, average toppings, average cheese/sauce). I’d imagine if you stumbled in here one night after drinking at a nearby bar, you’d think it’s the best pizza you’ve ever tasted. On the first visit, I felt like the woman working the front was rude and had no interest in the job(but we all have those days and it’s a $ 3 slice of pizza). Today was much much better, she was polite and the guy was very friendly(quick to greet and genuinely felt excited about a customer). All in all, I’d recommend. Good spot for a quick and cheap slice of pizza.

Great place to grab a lunch in a hurry. They have pie at the ready and they reheat N.Y. Style in the oven. Large slices with a unique flavor, however I wasn’t able to put my culinary taste buds on the name of that special ingredient. Beers on draft served in a cold glass makes the grub go down fast.

This place was pretty good. I got the 2 pizza slice meal for like 8 bucks. One pizza was delightful, a chicken, ranch and bacon pizza. Then u tried a specialty one with Caramelized onions… it wasn’t as good, but still pretty good. I enjoyed that it was a little hole in the wall lookin place. And love that it’s located downtown! Love how the place is decorated as well! I’d recommend it, and plan on going back!

My new favorite pizza place in Springfield. Plus I love the fact I can purchase a slice too!

It’s grubby. At least they’ve removed the dog from the kitchen. It’s a bit psychedelic, and a little lackadaisical on the cleaning, so it has appeal to hipsters and hippies alike. The pizza crust is good if a little under-done, and the toppings are skimpy. But the slices are generous and the prices are reasonable. It’s an option for a quick bite with a zero-dress code atmosphere. Free parking nearby. Limited seating. Bar stools have been recovered in old rugs that are pretty questionable, so I recommend the plastic chairs or just stand. The music is loud but familiar and not unpleasant. The staff is aloof so you’ll have to ask for napkins, straws, etc.

Kept trying to like this place but the girl(s) that work the counter are probably some of the most rude people I have ever encountered. Ingredients are low quality(opening an industrial size can of tomato sauce in plain sight). Owner is a super nice guy, but needs to hire better employees. Never again.

Brick Slice House is a great little gem in the Springfield downtown area that’s definitely worth a try. From the goat cheese covered«Scapegoat» to the creamy spinach«Spring Patch», Brick Slice House offers some amazing flavors unique to other pizza joints in Springfield. The prices are pretty reasonable with large slices running for $ 3 – 4 dollars each. Like most by-the-slice pizza places, the food comes out quick with most flavors on display as you walk up to the counter. Even when I ordered an entire pie, it didn’t take long for it to come out. Besides the pizza itself, Brick Slice House is nestled in the Springfield downtown with late night hours for after the bars close with the kitchen closing at 2:00AM. Though not the biggest building, they make due with the space in some cool ways. Inside there’s about 8 – 10 bar seats set by the window and some 2 to 3 person tables. Brick Slice also has a great aesthetic design infused with metal and brick work, intricate spray painting and surreal art. I do believe that there is some art work posted that’s for sale too. All in all, if you are looking for a quick lunch or late night snack, Brick Slice House offers a unique take on pizza worth taking a chance with.

Great pizza! 6 bucks for a generous slice and a fountain drink is a great deal. The pizza was greasy, in the best way though. Will definitely come again!!!

Let me start by saying how excited I am that Springfield has a pizza place downtown that sells pizza by the slice during all hours of the day! Upon entering, I noticed the small, intimate atmposphere of the establishment. There were a couple of tables scattered in the room and two high tables pushed against the windows(perfect for people watching). Some parts of the wall were lined with bricks and the occasional graffiti, which gave it an interesting, creative feel. When it came to choosing my pizza slices, I had about six different options, and each seemed equally inviting. Most of the pizza looked freshly made, so it was hard to narrow it down to two slices(I got the number #4 which came with two slices and a drink for $ 7.99-not too shabby). After debating it for awhile, I decided to go with their chicken bacon ranch with white sauce along with their Italian meat pizza. Both were excellent decisions! I’m usually not a fan of pizza with white sauce, but this one was incredibly savory and left me perfectly content. Add that to the Italian meat pizza which came topped with generous amounts of salami, sausage, and bacon, and it was a perfect day. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick(but delicious) bite to eat!

Best pizza in Springfield and especially downtown. Fresh dough made daily, homemade sauce, homemade ranch dressing, and the best quality ingredients — you can’t go wrong. Try the Scape Goat for something a bit different. The garlic knots and cinnamon knots are also great.

If you’re a restaurant manager and you’re going to put your employee with the MOST piss poor attitude as the only front of house employee during lunch, you BETTER be in the kitchen ensuring an exceptional product. Here? Not so much. I’m not saying it wasn’t quality. It was. The crust is good and tastes fresh. I got a slice with roasted red peppers, Carmelized onions, and goat cheese. The toppings are imaginitive and well paired. Still, it was greasier than I would’ve liked and didn’t seem to be prepared with much, if any, care. I came in wearing chef pants(that look like pajama pants) and a grubby tshirt because I work in a kitchen and I was on my lunch break. The restaurant is in a part of town that sees a lot of our homeless and transient in and out of local businesses and any time I go in a place fresh from work, I get the same«oh great, another one» look. Like making pizza makes you supreme and sovereign. I COULD be the wealthiest person in town or I could be in fact a homeless panhandler. Either way, I’m still a person trying to patronize local business. I’m still a human. I asked the girl at the register(see«piss poor attitude» from earlier) what the song playing on the radio was, just trying to make conversation while waiting for my order and she was so put out that I had bothered her. Before that she was put out that an elderly man didn’t understand signing for his credit card using his finger on a tablet. THEN my food came out, Luke warm, almost dripping with grease, and in the dumbest idea of a to go box I’ve ever seen. It was pizza wrapped in parchment paper(and literally SOAKING it), held between two paper plates– the top one upside down. The slice I ordered for my wife was the same way, stacked on top of mine. It was awkward and messy. It got on my car seat and was cold by the time I got back to work less than a mile away. This place is just not good. The pizza is mediocre at best, the service is bad, the employees are apathetic. It has this punk rock New York vibe, which is cool when you first walk in, but someone forgot to tell them to leave the accompanying attitude in New York. I won’t be back.

I have only eaten here twice, so first the good… Decent pizza, excellent crust, lots of choices both regular and gourmet, really cute place The not so great… It’s small, so not much seating area The cashier I had the 2nd time was so… not friendly. Had the personality of a rock. She obviously did not want to be at work. I don’t know what happened to the lady I had the first time, she was welcoming and friendly. The picture I have is of my «to go» order which I almost dropped completely. I have no idea if this is normal or if they were just out of boxes… The girl didn’t say, or apologize if that was all they had. If you are a grab and go kinda place, then PLEASE at least have a carry out box of some kind for smaller orders.

Went for the first time this week with my coworkers and we will be back. Pizza tasted great and everyone was able to pick a slice perfect for their tastes. If you love goat cheese its the place for you, multiple slices with goat cheese topping. My pick is the spinach with white sauce.

Nice addition to downtown. Limited seating but with a slice you can fold in half and eat standing isn’t an issue. Pizza and service is excellent. And when you ask for a frosty mug you get a frosty mug!
