We really enjoyed our half double pepperoni half combo with thick crust and stuffed crust(the crust was filled with mozzarella cheese). The place was clean and comfortable. Two suggestions for the owner. 1) guy who took our order seemed annoyed, impatient and short. Provide a front line person who knows what good customer service is. 2). Table cleaning was done with a spray bottle. Three tables around us got cleaned and the cleaning spray smell was overwhelming. But the fact that they immediately cleared and cleaned tables is awesome!

We went to Coburg Pizza Co. because it was Monday and they were having their Monday night Tavolo Festa which is a buffet style dinner. We were excited because we were pretty hungry. Well, it didn’t take long for the excitement to go away. They took a long time to bring our salad and when they did, it was wrong. The pizza they served on the buffet was mainly veggie type ans one chicken. I asked if they would take a request and they said no. He let me know they pre-select the pizza that’s going on the buffet. After having lots of heartburn all night and having«gastro issues» in the morning, I would suspect the reason they pre-select what they put out must be stuff that’s ready to expire. :(I don’t understand why they wouldn’t just make pizzas that more people would actually enjoy. If the customer actually enjoyed their meal, chances are they would want to come back! They had weird combinations that most people wouldn’t find appealing. In fact, when I went back to check if they hopefully put up a more traditional pizza, anything with pepperoni, they still had their weird pizzas that no one wanted! Please Coburg Pizza Co. Be more flexible in taking request and putting pizzas that a customer will enjoy! The only thing that saved the night is when they put out their dessert pizza, which was«cinnamon roll». OMG!!! THAT was heaven on a crust!!! This is the ONLY menu item I would come back for. SODELICIOUS!!! So unless they start putting more normal pizzas on their buffet, I will not waist my money on the Tavolo Festa.

Hands down best pizza around!!! I always know I’m going to get great food when I go to coburg pizza co. They are very consistent and offer a huge variety of pizzas. It’s always the same for me though… Jalapeño popper and Brooklyn pepperoni. The price is higher than chain pizza places but the quality is superb and like I said it’s always consistent. Definitely worth checking out! Great vibe. And TVs if you want to watch a game and eat.

I have ordered from here many times but it is best to call ahead if you want pizza to go. they have a huge menu with so many choices it’s very hard to choose. The pizza is expensive, about 30 dollars for a family size gourmet but it is very filling. the atmosphere here is relaxing good place to meet family or friends for beer and pizza. they also have several desert pizzas that are a great add on to any order.

It’s been a few years but always loved the salads. Pizza is good too, and I don’t really enjoy pizza that much.

I’m so glad I read the menu before coming in here because it felt like reading a boring essay that took dayzzz! So I get in and my entire plan blew up in smoke when they don’t do half and halfs unless it’s both red sauce, wtf? Makes me awful suspicious it’s not made to order, and what the fux? I asked like 3 or 4 times for them to make an exception and they absolutely refused. I literally was about to clean their feet but they stood their ground. I’d usually just leave and say«screw you guy’s, I’m going home» but the wife was embarrassed of me so we played Russian roulette and picked something quick since we had a line behind us. We ended up up getting 2 small pizzas, holy crust I hate that! Cheeseburger was disgusting. Did I really just have mustard and Ketchup on my pizza?! Danggg, that’s what I get for playing Russian roulette instead of taking 20 minutes to order. Route 66 was average at best. Basically they have a overwhelmingly crap ton of pizza choices that are not any good and will not accommodate for you. The base of crust and sauce was nothing great and I have no clue who votes this place as some of the best pizza in town — because they clearly are not.

I like their pizza. My husband and I have gone here a few times. The menu is huge, with very tiny print. If you have any trouble reading small print, be sure to bring your reading glasses. The pizza is pretty good. There are a million choices. I don’t like the fact they absolutely refuse to do half and half pizzas if the sauce is different. Roaring Rapids Pizza does and has no problem with it, and the sauces are never mixed. So I know it’s not impossible to do. By not doing this, it makes for a very expensive meal if my husband and I don’t agree on one kind of pizza. Plus a ton of leftovers, given we end up ordering two different pizzas. This would be the biggest downfall for us and why we don’t go more often. Service is fine. It’s a counter where you order pizza. How hard can it be? The staff is moderate. They are not terribly friendly. Just sort of stand there and wait for you to tell them what you want. They don’t repeat your order back to confirm its correct, so I’m never sure they got it right or wrong until the pizza actually arrives. It’s one of those places you want to like and try to, but once you go back, you remember why it’s been so long since you did, and why it’ll be so long before you do it again. They also don’t deliver. Which is frustrating at times. I would probably order a bit more often if they did online ordering and delivery.

We took our kids here for dinner for mainly one reason: they offer crust that is gluten egg and soy free, which are major allergens for some of us. The fact that a roaring fire was burning on the cold night made the atmosphere very cozy right off the bat. The number of options for custom pizzas was virtually endless. We ended up settling on a Hawaiian with stuffed crust, while our allergic family members got their usual traditional cheese. The Hawaiian was flavorful with an abundance of toppings and the crust was dry — not oily — and crisp and tender. We left feeling satisfied and grateful that we could eat out together. We will be returning!

I do not understand any rating below five stars for this eatery, ABSOLUTELYAMAZINGPIZZA&SIDEORDERS! I was floored at the taste of their food, especially the Meat Lover’s & Pepperoni. It was to die for! I highly Reccomend!

I’ve had time to process. It’s been almost a month since I was there. So what? I’ll remember this like it was this afternoon. Went for the first time(I know, right?) with my girlfriend, my daughter and granddaughter. They were coming back from a wedding(better than a funeral) and wanted pizza. Whew! I’m tired already. We decided to do the sampler buffet because quite frankly we had zero idea what was what and we were all a bit hungry. It was a long day. We selected from the buffet, none of us are«pizza virgins» as I worked in a pizza parlor in high school and it was the local hangout. The pizza was really good. We all tried the jalapeño one. It was good. The people were friendly and helpful. I met a friend from high school that I have not seen in over 20 years. That right there meant it was to be. We will be back. Oh yes, we will.

I absolutely love this place; I’m sad I didn’t find it sooner. I love the extensive menu and the fact that I can get gluten free pizza for my relatives as well. The Coburg Colossus is my absolute favorite, but I also enjoy coming in for a simple and fresh salad. Today was even more enjoyable because of the fact that even though the employee, Cody, was working alone while others were on a break, he was very attentive and took care of all of his customers. I enjoy an establishment that knows how to hire great workers! If you are ever in the mood for good pizza and great attitudes then definitely stop by. Thanks for the great service, Cody!

Loved the texture of the crust… Chewy and great flavor! All of pizza selections sounded fantastic. The lunch combo was great. Be sure to read the signage by the register though if you’re wanting the best deal. Great service too!

Wow! What amazing pizza. Best and most unusual pizza but we could just eat it every night. The potato pizza is amazing. Cheese and bacon and sour cream oh my. The stuffed crust is exquisite. We’ve tried the margarita the meat lovers the potato and the dessert. It’s all great.

This place gets raves, and it is regularly selected as the best pizza joint in Eugene/Springfield in readers polls from local papers. DLW and I decided to check it out for Saturday lunch, and came away satisfied but not wowed. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the huge parking lot indicates its popularity. It’s surprisingly big inside, 150 seats or so. The décor is clean and chain-y. Cartoon representations of Italians abound. They obviously cater to middle class families and groups. You order at the counter and serve yourself fountain drinks. We took a long time deciding from a gigantic menu, but since no one was waiting behind us, we didn’t feel guilty. Servers were patient and helpful as we waded through ten pages of options. We had a medium smoked pepperoni pie on thin crust and garden salad. Salad was definitely large enough for two, nicely composed and fresh. Pizza was big enough that we took home a couple of slices. Toppings were generous, sauce was on the sweet side, and crust was properly cooked, not soggy in the middle as it sometimes is. Flavor and texture were good, but not the best either of us have experienced. Including drinks the tab was $ 37, not exactly a cheap lunch. Would we come back? Yes, but not if it meant a special trip. We have several options just as good closer to home.

Mixed feelings… This was my first visit to Coburg Pizza(Feb 24), and I thought I’d try it out for at my friend’s suggestion. I was craving pasta, and noticed that they have chicken penne alfredo on the menu, so that’s what I ordered. That, and breadsticks with marinara, as well as a glass of their house chardonnay. I also ordered a slice of delicious looking cherry pizza to go so I could enjoy it at home. The wine was good, and a good deal at 5 bucks. My breadsticks came pretty quickly, but I refrained from tasting them until my entrée arrived. Soon after my breadsticks came a young man brought me my cherry pizza slice, all warmed up and ready to eat. The problem? I asked for the dessert in a to go box. Not to mention that I hadn’t even seen my dinner yet! I waited, and waited, and continued to wait for my entrée. It finally arrived at my table… in an aluminum foil disposable pan on top of a plate. And it was overcooked so much that the noodles on the edges were stuck to the sides and the entire top of the dish had a crispy top layer. Having just finished a very long day of work, and having waited so long, I just ate it. The flavor was good. It would have been a great dish had it not been over baked. The reasons I’m neither posting a picture of the dish, nor giving fewer stars is threefold. First, I trust my friends, so next time I’ll try the pizza. Second, their breadsticks are so good that they are delicious as leftovers warmed up in the microwave! Simply yummy! My third reason is because of the girl who took my order and made sure that I had a fresh slice of cherry pizza, complete with a container of icing, for me to warm up at home. She was very busy, but never made me feel like I was a bother. Wish I knew her name… I will go back to give them another chance.

The outside looks very plain, but inside it is very elegant, cozy, and clean. Very quaint with fireplaces in each of the two dining areas. Great for a romantic date or a group of little league kids. The pizza was fabulous; lots of variety of toppings. The worker we talked to has been with the company for 3 years, so they must treat their employees well.

This is our favorite pizza place. We were excited when they decided to open the Springfield location — much closer to home! Pizza and service is consistently good. Lots of yummy toppings, which they’re always generous with! Our favorite is the Cool California Club — SOGOOD!!! They also have 3 kinds of crust — thick, thin, and stuffed(personal favorite). They also have awesome breadsticks and the cherry crisp pizza is to die for!!!

Springfield sunrise is a nice treat if you are looking for breakfast pizza. The margherita pizza had some kind of rubbery cheese. Not delicious. The thin crust is more like an original crust, which I dig. Dining in was crazy on a Monday — they have a buffet style thing then. Had to ask for breadsticks after being told they forgot all about them… and then never brought them. They were worth the wait. Fluffy and dusted(smothered) with Parmesan cheese. Yowza… that’s some good eatin! The salads were pretty blah. Customer service by phone is a little gruff. I don’t understand/like the third party delivery system… seems like it would just end up costing me more money. Too bad cuz I would order for delivery to the hospital on a regular basis. They do offer take and bake though.
