We ordered pizza today. Two hand tossed pizzas, breadsticks, pasta. The hand tossed pizzas were flat, greasy, and the dough hadn’t risen at all. There’s absolutely no way they should have been sent out looking like that, or tasting that way. I’ve had issues with this location in past. Bad customer service. Waiting in line in store while staff took cigarette and cell phone breaks. Not impressed. :/

Contrary to everything I’ve read for reviews of this restaurant, I not only like it, but I think it has significantly improved in recent times. It used to be you would order a pizza, it had very few toppings on it and tasted similar to cardboard. You ate it because it was cheap and easy on a lazy night when you didn’t want to cook. It was crap, but edible crap. In the last six months or so, everything seems to have improved. They are putting more toppings on their pizza, they’ve come out with new menu choices such as sauce additions, cheese toppings for the crust. The toasted Asiago is my absolute favorite. My husband likes the cheddar, but I’m not a fan of it. They put more cheese on the pizza. They’ve got some great online specials. Like any large pizza for like $ 11.99, or two mediums for $ 6 each. It’s pretty decent prices, plus a delivery charge. Speaking of delivery, that seems to have improved as well. No more are the pot reeking high school/college kids delivering pizza, and you wonder where they stopped off to smoke before bringing you the pizza and what had possibly happened to it on the way. Nope, they have normal, responsible looking people bringing my food, who actually seem to enjoy their job. They are typically personable, chatting with me while I sign my credit card slip, smiling, have a nice greeting, and just act like they are happy to be working and care about it. The drivers arrive in a timely manner, usually about half an hour, maybe 45 minutes on a busy day, but typically 30 – 35 minutes. I do like that you can get 20 ounce bottles of soda as well as the 2 liter. This is wonderful for those picky drinkers who can’t seem to all agree on one drink, or those who don’;t drink enough to make the awkward and pesky space stealing 2 liter bottle worthwhile. They also have bread sticks and mozzarella sticks, as well as a host of other options including dessert and pasta. I’ve personally never eaten in the restaurant itself, so I have no opinion to contribute as far as how the staff is or how clean the restaurant is. I do all of my orders online and then have them delivered. So my experiences are based on the ordering, food, and delivery. But as long as the quality remains at the level it’s currently at or better, and they continue to have great online specials, it’s definitely a place that my husband and I will eat at.

I have loved Pizza Hut all of my life. However, the last several years it has been getting worse and worse. I ordered a pizza and it was not even cooked all the way. Yuck… Uncooked dough. Also, there was almost no cheese. I am not going back. Some businesses should just close their doors. This is what this business should do.

James was great help when trying to order! He suggested things that were on sale that were similar to what we were looking at and also suggested crust flavors. WHAAAT?! There are crust flavors?! YESPLEASE! Sadly the nascar pinball game was busted. :/place looked clean. I didn’t not like seeing the delivery guy who is apparently a 49rs fan eating a piece of pizza back in the kitchen. Our pizza was ok… But it was way better a couple days later. Despite how close they are to our home we will NOT be getting pizza there again.

Dine in experience not good. Every table was dirty and menu was stuck to the counter. No salads available and no bread sticks.
