We went to the one on washington and brunz lane a few times and it was alright good service food good hard to mess up a donut but it can be done place somtimes clean and dirty.

The drive-​through service at this place is terrible. You have to repeat your order many times and there is still no promise that it will be accurate when you get to the window.

The Bavarian cream and blueberry cake doughnuts are fire!!! Plus this location is close to our house perfect place for doughnuts and breakfast sandwiches. Great hours too.

I am from Chicago. Every four blocks in any direction you are most likely to run into a Dunkin Donuts. I was so excited when I heard Dunkin Donuts was opening up a store in Springfield. They need help. I understand Saturday and Sundays are a busy day, but so should the owners of this store. I walked out. They were out of over half of the normal selection. When I asked the worker behind the counter if they are making more donuts, she said cooly, «Ugh, No». O.k. I left. If you know that certain days are busy, you should be better prepared. I’ve never experience this problem in Chicago, but I’m willing to give this store the benefit of the doubt since they are new.
