The baristas are very friendly and the service is great. However, the parking situation is ridiculous! If you park in one of the nine spots available, good luck getting out if the drive through is backed up! You can’t get out unless someone gives you space.

Don’t plan on a hot chai. Ordered it 190 degrees it was not even close. Went back got a do over and guess what, they couldn’t get it right again! Won’t be going there again. Wish I could get my tip back.

This Starbucks is great only downside is that the location is not good for a Starbucks there is barely any parking a and drive thru line is always long, I’m sure it will work itself out or they will move eventually, I always get the frapps and they’re iced coffee during summer time. Great staff excellent service.

I love this location. With Starbucks you pretty much know what you’re getting coffee and food wise, so at really the atmosphere that counts. The staff at this location, even through a few changes here and there over the last 3 years is consistently polite, friendly and familiar without losing their professionalism. They know me and I feel welcome. I see them welcome other regulars and newbies in the same way. The parking DOESSTILL suck but I go back every single week.

The baristas here are fine, but nearly everything else about this SB is a turn-off. Firstly, there are only 9 parking spaces in the lot. Throw in the drive-thru and that makes some very precarious parking maneuvers. Inside, the conditions are frigid! I can usually handle chilly atmospheres, but this was beyond cold. So I went outside to the patio. The patio is nice, but patrons regularly ignore the no-smoking signs and light up anyway. Inside or out, there’s really no way to enjoy this Starbucks.

I’m happy to say customer service and the environment at this Starbucks have really improved. Let’s face it, Starbucks is about more than just coffee; it’s an environment as well. This Starbucks feels like a Starbucks now. Unfortunately the parking situation still sucks. At least it’s okay inside now.

I travel extensively throughout Illinois(and las Vegas and KC and Chicago) this is my favorite Starbucks! The baristas are all friendly and knowledgeable. I don’t have a «usual» drink, and they always make suggestions for me, which I more than frequently try and enjoy. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. I see a lot of regular customers as well as newbies also. Chablis, Whitney, Sara, Brenda, Veronica and all the baristas just couldn’t be any more fun, friendly and accommodating !!! The only downside to this location is parking.

I wanted a cup of Awake Tea but they were out of it. I asked if they will have it tomorrow. They told me not until next week.

Starbucks used to be the place I would sit and just get work done, coffee and a pastry. Simplicity right. The more I travel and see other shops I see how much it is not simple. The people at this location were not friendly. The latte was very much just milk with a bit of espresso in it and the store well, dirty. Bummer.

I would very much have enjoyed trying the Starbucks here in Springfiield, however; the employees seem to have a habit of closing shop 20 to 30 min before it’s time to close. For example, on one occassion, we arrived at Starbucks on Saturday afternoon at 12:40pm. The the sign on the door states it’s open until 1pm, but for some reason, the staff members looked us dead in the eye and closed shop. I’m hoping in the future they stay open for as long as they say they will.
