Overall, food is not bad but naan is dry. The person at the register is not helpful when answer questions and constantly look away from the customers.

Very good place with nothing to complain about. The food is excellent and fresh while being ready in less than 10 minutes. You get plenty of food on your plate and it will easily fill you up. Juicy chicken and delicious rice. Salad also tastes excellent and feels fresh. The naan bread is hot and fresh when you get it! HIGHLYRECOMMEND :)))

The person who’s in the register who happen to be the manager is the rudest person I’ve seen. Rude rude rude. I come to this place every week again every week and every time I order from them he just ignore us, always counting the money. He sees us but he keeps counting his money or doing whatever he does. The food is excellent but who ever the owner of that place is you really need to do something about it.

Messiest, but one of the tastiest, chicken kabob sandwiches I’ve had. Why are people in line for chipotle?!

I got the gyro platter and the meat was disgusting. Everything looked good but the taste was the complete opposite! The meat was gross! I ended up just eating the overly peppered chickpeas, rice and bread… Bleh!

Giving them 4 stars only because no one uses gloves. Good was delicious, did wait about 10 mins but that’s kabob everywhere. I did confirm they do use yogurt sauce not ranch. Staff was nice too.

The food was good, but took forever. Oh and they serve ranch dressing– not yogurt sauce– so gross. Good amount of food, but the ranch dressing kills it.

The serving size is huge. I thought it was a little pricey at first, but there was enough for two meals. I ordered a chicken wrap. The bread was good and the chicken was flavorful. The white sauce was tasty and was enough to dip my whole wrap into. I waited five minutes for my food, but I prefer to have it fresh instead of sitting on a warming pan.

Ewww. That white sauce that is glopped on by default tasted like mayonnaise with some kind of nondescript spice sprinkled in it. Gyro meat was dry and overcooked. Took an awful long time to get a simple order. Still waiting for the other eateries in the Springfield food court to open up(not to mention Dave & Buster’s and ZinBurger) — world’s slowest roll-out!

Solid. For a food court, A+. Like that numerous immigrants seem to frequent the place.

I only give four stars bc my mom and I were starving and had to wait ten-15 minutes at an off time in the afternoon. Otherwise, everything was Delish with a capital D! We got the veggie platter and the chicken platter. The seasoned basmati rice was just like my Pakistani neighbor used to make it and when I tasted it, I instantly missed her, it was that good. The salad had a delicious dressing and we liked the seasoning they sprinkled on the kabobs. We wound up taking a box of it home since we left probably half of our platters untouched, it was such a generous portion. Well, we are two little ladies so that may be part of it! If you’re at a food court with this place, try it!

OK. So I thought,”$ 10.99 for a frickin chicken kabob?” But I was determined to try it out, because as one reviewer stated, I loved this place when Springfield Mall was rivaling Landmark for«biggest sh*thole mall.» But, after waiting 10 mins, I was treated to a delicious, styrofoam platter of food. People complaining about the white sauce policy need to slow their roll, b/c the food is still good here!

Back when it was still Springfield mall this place was the best. I actually cried when it closed down thinking I was never going to find such a delicious place again. The workers knew me I ate here so much. Now… They charge for white sauce seriously I only get one free?!? And the naan seems store bought mass produced. Worst of all the chicken is not good like it used to be I can’t even describe it. I’ll stick it the brookfield Plaza kabob for now.

I’m very happy got out off the Chipotle line and gave this place a try. I got the lamb kabob platter, which came with ~7 chunks of lamb, two sides of rice, a side salad, some soup, and a gigantic piece of delicious fresh naan. The salad was generic side salad nonsense, but the bulk of the meal was outstanding. Edit: I originally gave 4 stars, but this place is outstanding. For what it is(fast casual kabob), it def. deserves 5 stars.

Brand new(just opened). Friendly staff. Super fast service. Paid and got the food right away. Fresh salad, thick sauce(not watery), and good kabob(not great, but satisfying). Better than the Tysons location.
