There is nothing worse than going to a restaurant and getting an incorrect order of poor food. I can’t for the life of me understand why you can’t get the correct food. I should have opened up everything I ordered before I left. I paid for food I didn’t get… and the food I did get was underwhelming. Avoid this location.

KFC has gone downhill. The chicken used to be perfectly juicy, and in recent years, it’s become inedibly dry. The biscuits and other sides are still reasonably good for fast food, though.

they had good customer service, I had an issue with my order, and the male manger came and straighten everything out. They were friendly and fast. You are coming to a fast food restaurant knowing there are going to be issues, if you want to complain complain to a 5star restaurant not a fast food chain there going to have issues with chicken, yes there chicken can be dry but it doesn’t mean that everything is bad.
But in the end my chicken was good and my mashed potatoes were good as well.

No. Very very dry chicken even after scraping out the mysterious grey matter. The potatoes probably were fine yesterday when they were made along with the very stale biscuit. Sorry guys! Epic fail! What was crazy is everything was hot but obviously old!

Yes I did it again. Today me and my brother staying at the Holiday Inn Express. I didn’t what pizza, hamburger, and Chinese. I got my brother to go KFC and made a big mistake. Plus my brother never look in the bag.
During my brother putting his order. The staff was saying ya ya ya… Reading off a list what we what to order.

Then I called and called and no answer. They didn’t have a line or was not busy. They don’t care at all. Next time I come here I place order walk to the table. look thou. And put them on the spot.

Ordered the 2 piece, white meat meal that’s $ 5.99. One of the pieces was really small. Took it back to the cashier & complained. Initially there was resistance, but he offered a drumstick & I took that. Mashed potatoes was good & hot, but the chicken disappointed.

This your typical KFC fast food joint with their regular brand menu offerings. As an occasional to seldom junk food eater I’ve over the years dutifully tried everything on their menu at least once. So as to make it easy to gage each of these places, if and when I do try them, I’ve devised a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being outright down and dirty nasty, and 5 being the best a fast food joint can be! I gage: cleanliness; service; product quality; convenience; accessibility; taste and the personnel’s attitude. This place scores 2.5 of 5. I will not be coming back here any time soon!
