Panda Express

When you walk into this restaurant you have to do a double take at the door to see if they’re still open. There’s nobody standing at the counter when you walk in @ 7:40pm? Where is everyone? The first gentleman that talks to me can’t tell me why there’s no steak as their Premium item. A girl walks up and explains to me that it’s so late in the night they don’t have the steak item but they can make it 7 to 8 minutes, I can see there are many dishes that are empty and unmade.(1) this is my first chance to run for the door. 15 minutes later I’m told that my steak is ready, Hallelujah! Did I mention the steak is a premium at a $ 1.25 extra? (steak mushrooms and onions) sweet fire chicken breast is really good probably should be a premium don’t tell it Panda Express! The panda express original their signature dish is orange chicken it was dry and overcooked! I was given a consolation prize for waiting so long for my dinner a coupon for a free item on my next visit, Lol. I witnessed two other potential customers walk in stand in front for about a minute and then walk back out without having any interaction with any employee. It’s really a hard sell to say gourmet Chinese food at a carry out fast food restaurant. I recommend you go to some of the Chinese restaurants in your neighborhood and visit them because they’re probably hard-​working people striving to keep business going and keep food on the plates of their family members where is this place is corporate.

I gave this a 4 star review based on my experiences with other Panda Express’s in the area. I came in at lunch and the food was very fresh. Portions were very large, and the service was great. The manager was working very hard to ensure that the dishes were fresh and tasty. I also observed the manager working in the kitchen, the line and even clearing tables. I ordered the Honey Walnut Shrimp and it was very tasty.

You know, I was not about this place. I have avoided it for two and a half years based on the reviews. About a month ago I needed something different and I was in the parking lot and said what the hell. It was freaking delicious. I got something like sweet fire chicken and honey sesame chicken with noodles. Absolutely delicious. I decided to back in a days ago and tried orange chicken in place of the sesame chicken and again, delicious. The staff was courteous and had no issues with giving samples. I cannot see how this place has such bad reviews. For around seven bucks I had enough food to eat on twice and it was delicious. I don’t see the problem.

These bad reviews make no sense to me. I am NOT a fan of any fast food, including Asian. I went into this place because it was hot outside. This is a very clean place that emphasises the healthy aspect of their food (fresh vegetables on broad display and the calories of all meals listed in detail). The food was fresh, tasted good, and was reasonably priced. I ate outside on a nice shaded clean table. My meal included a long pleasent period of bell ringing by a church across the road. All in all a very nice experience for $ 11. You should try this place.

This fast food place has declined tremendously. The staff attempts a more courteous attitude by offering ‘bite sized’ samples when you walk through their doors. The prices have slowly increased yet the quality of the food has not improved. For the prices that are listed, we can enjoy a freshly cooked meal at our local Chinese restaurant. Why do we go here: because it’s Fast Food, and when we need a quick bite to eat, we are hoping for just that… a quick bite to eat.
Unfortunately, as I stated before, the quality of the food has declined. The noodles and rice have more cabbage than the actual name of the dish: noodle and rice. The chicken and beef dishes are child-​sized portions. Chicken in the chicken dish is non-​existent.

I swore I would not go here again but when I am at my local bank, and only have 20 minutes to eat, then the urge drags me into a place that I swore I would not visit. The staff is very friendly but the food is such a let down.
They have ‘limited specials’ such as their riblets, where they charge an additional $ 1. I’m not sure why because their entrees lack the proper portion of protein to carb ratio. Yes, the combo plates (1 carb/​2 protein) takes you back about $ 10, but seriously «where is the beef or pork or chicken». This visit unfortunately also lacked the carb portion to even complete my meal. I ordered the noodles, which, ahem, was missing noodles, and only contained bits and pieces of cabbage and onions.
Again, if I am caught eating here again, I must have lost my mind.

Quick and reasonable. It is fast food. But I agree with the others, they are always out of at least one or two things. And «5 minutes» for it to be ready. But it is good when it finally gets done. When u was here they had just 2 of the egg rolls, potstickers, rangoons, and out of three entrees.

Food is consistent as other Panda Express. But they are very slow during lunch time. The times I’ve been, they were either out of fried rice or chow mein, the essential items.

The food was ok. Same as any other Panda Express just stopped by this was because it was convenient. What made my recommendation of this place go down is the lack of customer service. I walked in to who seemed like the chef looking down at the food to see what needs to be replenished. Stood there for about 2 minutes and he didn’t even look up even tho he knew i was standing there. 3 people around him and none of them walked up to me. finally a lady grabbed a plate and tongue walked up to me and just starred waiting to take my order. no hello. no what can i get for you. just stood there and starred probably couldn’t wait for me to finish so she can get on with whatever she was doing. No matter how good or bad the food is this moment is going to be what i remember about this place just because of the lack of service. It used to be good when it first opened now its just blah. I asked for one of the beef that was low and asked if there was any more being made in the back and she just said «no». Went in at 230pm on Tuesday the 13^th if any Mgmt is reading this. Anyways. good place to go if your just starving and want a quick bite. but if you work in hospitality like i do you really notice the small things that will definitely bother you.

The restaurant isn’t as good as it could be. I get sick every time i eat there so i have stopped going. The staff isn’t that friendly. One time I took my old receipt with the code on it after i had taken there longass survey they say is only a minute long and the cashier wouldn’t take my receipt; he said it was the wrong code.
Also they count the food they give you. VERY LIMITED. They scooped up 4 shrimp put it on the plate and then scooped up 1 more and put it on top. CRAPPY! 5 shrimp for however much a side is plus an extra $ 1.25 Not satisfactory.

Honey Walnut Shrimp is delicious; I wonder too if the server skimmed me, the portion is too little for the price they charged. The lomein is full of cabbages, some pieces of cabbage I am not sure if they are editable, it way too hard to chew.
I love Panda Express but this is ridiculous, I get better to-​go food at a other places.

Save your time and money. Went last week food was cold and customer service was no where to be seen.
Worse yet I was sitting at the window and employees were bringing items into store and there pants were falling down and they were selling «crack» waste of family dinner night

Not one of my choice to grab lunch but we had to make it a quick one in the area. I got the brown rice with steamed mixes vegetables & their new chicken/​kale/​broccoli entrée and it was light and tasty. I wish they would of put more chicken because all I got was green on my plate. :/
They also had orange chicken with bacon! Yes, orange chicken with bacon?! Hmmm!
They let me try a piece and I have to say, it was tasty and that extra saltiness from the bacon balances out the orange chicken.

Great service but needs to work on the sweet fire chicken breast bc they cook that very bad.. Other than that it’s perfect

Worst customer service ever. I made an online order for pick up and when I got there, they did not have my order. They started talking rude to me saying that I probably made the order for some other location but when I showed them my conformation email, they blamed the lost order on the new employee say that she threw away the order receipt and that’s how they lost it. Long story short, they refused to refund my money and I had to wait for another 30 mins until they prepared the new order. They never apologized for the inconvenience they caused me. The white rice was cooked badly and my food looked sloppy and everything was mixed (noodles with fried rice with mixed veggies). Last time ordering at this location.

It’s my firm opinion that if you want a hot meal at a price equal or better than junk/​fast food joints, Panda Express (at least this location) is the choice. Taste, quality and service abound as well as their dishes such as Mushroom Chicken with Mixed Vegies and Steamed White Rice; Shanghai Angus Steak with Chicken Potstickers and Fried Rice — excellent tasting and generous servings. For sure, a regular visit from me is guaranteed.

Pretty much what you’d expect from an Americanized Chinese restaurant fast food franchise. I’ve never had problems with food quality.
If you’re specifically hungry for Chinese food, I’d recommend going to a Chinese Restaurant.
If you want asian fast food that an american palette would enjoy, I’d highly recommend visiting Toki Teriyaki across the street.
Still, I can’t rate Panda Express too low because there have been times where I’m hungry for their style of food, and I still find myself grabbing a meal from them once a month or so.

I love Panda Express but definitely not this location.
The food was cold, the orange chicken was dry and hard and the fried rice was really plain.
The customer service was mediocre. The lady who helped me was very impatient and seemed annoyed.
Bleh.

I didn’t know orange chicken was supposed as hard as a rock after ok t a few minutes at the table. Chow mein tasted below average. Panda Express is something that can be easily messed up. They are gonna have to step it up. I only ate because my daughter wanted to, but I didn’t think it would be like this. The spring roll was not good at all and the sauce was too thick and sweet.
Food Overall — the food here lacks the flavor that I can’t possibly tell how anyone could mess it up.

After putting my phone down and thinking am I being to harsh. One the employees came over to our table and asked if we needed refills or if we wanted fortune cookies or needed napkins. I can’t believe I didn’t comment on the customer service. The staff here were polite when we came in and also in the above statement. I didn’t complain about the food and they by without knowing I was disappointed with my food.

Maybe they’ll get another shot. But most likely not. Even fast food has to met a flavor standard.

I like Panda Express and they have good options as far as healthy. It’s very much like going to the mall, you line up, choose what you want, they place on plate and you pay. The last time I got some rice, grilled veggies, and the healthiest shrimp I could find. It was pretty good. The place is usually very busy and the employees are good about getting the line moving.
My only problem is it doesn’t satisfy my Chinese craving. Something is missing.
