Great service, very speedy. Although I had to ask for a straw (they were out by the drink station), the meat was so salty my tongue burned. And I got violently ill the 2nd I stepped out the door. Even worse the 2nd time.

The service here is beyond horrible. When you walk in the door and stand at the counter for 10min without even a hello we see you we will be with you in a moment. Instead nothing they see you and nothing. And on top of it taking money then not washing your hands and handling your food wtf. I don’t give a shit if you use tongs wash your hands!!!
Now the food it’s a hit and miss half the time it’s horrible such as cold old biscuits and chicken strips that look like they’ve been eaten and the list goes on.
I will not go this location anymore. You are better off driving to the gateway location better food and the service so far has been good.

Horrible. We just waited for almost 10 minutes at the counter just to find out that they ran out of the kind of chicken we wanted. We ended up leaving with nothing.

what ever you do don’t get a to go cup with the popcorn chicken. the to go cup had barely any. it was only 2⁄3 full, not even up to the line of the top of the cup and over run with potato wedges covering the partially empty chicken side of the cup. what a rip off for 2.99. we waiting forever for our order inside and couldn’t even get an item we asked for (a cup carrier) until after 3 or 4 times asking. meanwhile the drive thru was getting their orders fast and getting out of there. i love the kfc at gateway st in springfield. much better staffed and the food is consistent. manager seems to be busting butt and tired but doesn’t care in my opinion. avoid this sad one like the plague. all of our to go cups (4 of them total) were pitiful. my kids wanted mcdonalds instead and i should’ve gotten them that after we saw a serious lack of food straight up missing in the packaging. what cheapskates!

waited 12 minutes in drive thru. then the girl at the window asked me if I wanted to wait another 8 minutes for biscuits. During dinner rush. when you’re KFC, it’s Bad to run out of biscuits at dimmer. then, the clerk was so «oh well» about it. we went somewhere else.

I have been here twice and both times it was disappointing. The chicken wasn’t fresh and was like hard rubber.
I ordered mac and cheese in the drive thru and when I got home it was sad that half my mac and cheese was burnt on the bottom.
The service is okay and nothing to talk home about.
Go to the one in Eugene if you have a craving it is 10 times better.

I am still a big fan of the double stack which is the sandwich without the bread. Hope this becomes a staple on the menu and you will be able to order for years to come.
