Went to the new Lane Bryant store at Valley River Center and these saleswomen were so pushy and wouldn’t stop talking that my daughter and I simply had to leave the store to get away from them! The two women who worked in the store would not leave us alone for one minute! They were so overwhelming and nonstop that we couldn’t even think. I am all for good customer service but not smothering. I must say I have heard this same feedback from friends who have also been in the Lane Bryant store, both at VRC and when the store was located at Gateway. I have been to many other Lane Bryant stores in Oregon and have always gotten helpful service but not so overwhelming.

Good selection, but employees were too busy talking to visiting friends/​family instead of helping customers. Couldn’t get into a fitting room, so left without giving them any money.

Checked in at Lane Bryant with the wife so I don’t have much direct feedback on the products but the woman that helped us a checkout was very friendly. This wasn’t our first trip so I can say, with a certain amount of assurance, that this store gets my wife’s seal of approval.
