Worst barber experience I have had bar none. I have long hair and simply asked him to take off half an inch in the back and on top and he said ok. He proceeded to run a razor through it half paying attention while chatting with his buddy. My hair that took over a year to grow out and now looks like a buzz cut they would give an old man at a retirement home. On top of that, him and his buddy were making bigoted comments. An «F» for haircuts, price and professionalism. ‘

I am very picky on who I let cut my hair and Jeff at Mike’s is the only local person in let cut mine. Great haircut everytime and never have to wait.

Excellent! Exactly what I was looking for. Reasonable price for a perfect cut. The barber, (I’ll assume it was Mike) cut my hair the way I like it. As soon as I drove up with California plates he said he expected a guy like he had dealt with before. He said the guy, (with California plates) came in and asked him if he knew how to cut hair!
I’m working here from California. If you’re from California, do me a favor. If you think what you’re about to say is witty, intelligent, or entertaining, shut up!
Don’t we Californians have enough of a bad rep as it is? If you leave CA and travel into other parts of the country, try not to behave like the jackasses we’re perceived as. If you have to fake intelligence, fake it.
As long as I am here, and if I work here in the future, This is my place.

Don’t go to Mike’s if you want a neck rub, a nice glass of wine, or some fru-fru stuff in your hair. The building is a bit run down and the barber chair isn’t very comfortable. But, if you want a pretty decent hair cut for $ 16 its hard to beat this place.
Jeff was the barber on duty when I walked in. He is fast and good. I was in and out in about 15 minutes so I didn’t mind the lumpy chair.
I have found my new barber!

Terrible barbers. Can not listen to simple cut instructions, don’t know how to do a basic taper and prices are way to high for how bad the cuts are. I would give no stars if I could, avoid this place if you have urban style hair! Smh

This is a great barber shop… very relaxed… so relaxed it smells like cigarettes from the back room. Sometimes I have to wait but not too long. I like hearing stories from the barber about his motorcycle travels. Always a great cut and absolutely no complaints.

I don’t think I’ve ever spent more than 10 minutes in Mike’s. Always a chair available and the barber’s are friendly and skilled. I can always count on getting in, cut, and out very quickly for a fair price. Would be five stars if not for the strong cigarette smoke smell in the building. Not sure where it comes from.
