I’ve found that Springfield’s version of chinese food has been the worst in the various places I’ve lived. Panda Inn is by far the least likeable. I’ve given this place chance after chance due to it being across the street from work, but I’m disappointed every time. This time I ordered the chicken lo mein and crab rangoon. My husband’s meal came with 2 crab rangoon of his own and his were literally just fried wontons. No filling. Mine had filling but it wasn’t delicious filling. It’s probably the worst crab rangoon I’ve had(besides Panda Express which is just«cheese rangoon» and digusting). The lo mein was made with pad thai noodles which is not lo mein and only the onions gave it any flavor. The chicken was tasteless and the brown sauce was too salty. My husband and I have agreed to stop giving this place any more chances. We will not be back.

This is one of our favorite Chinese restaurants in Springfield, possibly our favorite. Our fav dishes are the General chicken and Cashew chicken. The chicken is always fesh and the breading on the chicken is just right. The chicken love mein is very good too. Friendly staff and owner, he always remembers my name. Very reasonable prices also help make it a good experience. Always fresh food and low prices! 5 stars is a big statement but they earn it!

Very disappointed. We ordered delivery and when we opened the bag it looked like it got knocked over on the way. It was a HUGE mess in the bag. I tried calling them numerous times but their phone kept coming up with a recording saying it was busy. My kids were starving so we had to go through the bag and clean as much as we could. When I finally got ahold of someone about an hour later she talked to the owner and he offered 2 free crab rangoon. I told her that since part of our food was inedible I didn’t think that was fair. I asked to speak with the owner. She told me he was busy and then hung up on me. I tried calling back numerous times and never got an answer. I am not only disappointed at the condition the food was in when it got to us but also how they handled the problem. The food is good but not good enough to be treated that way. Shame on you, Panda Inn. **Update!** A few days after this incident I went and personally spoke with the owner. I explained to him what had happened so I was upset at how I was being treated afterward. After I had the chance to explain everything to him he was very apologetic. He told me that he felt badly because the delivery guy lied to him and told him I must have made up a story. When I showed him the pictures he was very upset. he ended up giving me a big hug everything is too good. I believe he got rid of the delivery driver. The owner is very sweet when you have the chance and talk with him. Appreciated him taking the time to understand my situation and he appreciated me giving him the facts. their food has always been fantastic and this was the first incident I had ever had. Very happy to have fixed the problem and get back to ordering the great food!
