Pharmacy staff are pleasant and helpful, but calling in a prescription renewal ahead of time involves communicating with a computer via a bunch of phone menus, and pressing a lot of buttons. Automated refills are available, but seem to be filled ahead of schedule, followed by repeated nagging calls to come pick it up. As one other reviewer noted, the diagonal layout of the shelving in the store is annoying, and makes navigating the store unnecessarily complicated. Parking is always readily available, and not a problem.

I love Rite Aid– great deals– and this store is quite nice(obviously new or newly remodeled.) But it’s confusing — the layout of the store just doesn’t make sense. And the staff– worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. They seem to employ a lot of high school students and obviously don’t train them in customer service skills.

This was converted to a Rite aid several years ago.
