Came in today with my wife to catch an early dinner. Sat in the bar area and we’re waited on by Marcus. Well my wife wanted to have a drink with dinner. No problem there with that. So he checks her ID of course and then brings the drink out a little bit later. When she tried it she told me it tasted off. So I went to take a sip of it to see for myself. Not but a second after taking a sip Marcus the bar tender ran over immediately after seeing such. And began to question me about taking a sip and demanding to see my ID. I laughed and go I’m older than my wife. See Marcus didn’t find that amusing and snapped back at me with I need to see your ID. I was getting annoyed and offended by this time. Proceeded to show my ID. Then he left quickly. Never in any other restaurant have I ever been approached in such a way as if I was in serious trouble for taking a sip of my wife’s drink. I’m 24 almost 25. Won’t be coming back to this bar ever again if Marcus is working.

I usually give a 5, but last time we were in, the service was painfully slow, and they kept forgetting parts of our meal. However, they did discount our tab, so KUDOS for that!

Wanted to eat here today but didn’t because the hostess was rude & talked so soft we couldn’t hear her. We were the only ones waiting & was told it would be a 15 min wait. I could see many open tables but she said we couldn’t be seated. So we went to Colton’s received Great service. But missed the Ruby Tuesday salad bar.

I traveled to Springfield, MO to visit my parents for Father Day weekend. A large group of us visited Ruby Tuesday after church. My dad had the Hickory Bourbon Glazed Pork Chop and my mom ordered the Half Rack BBQ ribs and they both enjoyed their meal. My sister had the petite sirloin with spaghetti squash and she said it was delicious. I was disappointed with my selection. It was good actually but I was let down by the deceptive description of my meal. I ordered Cajun Jambalaya Pasta with shrimp, chicken, and andouille sausage. It was tasty but Ruby Tuesday that was not andouille sausage… I am not fooled. That was Eckrich or Hillshire Farms.

we were in here a while back and stood at the door to be seated for over ten minutes. wait staff and bar staff walking past never saying a word. After leaving we called to tell the manager and he then. called us liars said he was at the front the entire time it wasn’t until we described a waitress and a guy at the bar that he admitted that he was in fact not in the front of house the whole time. This town needs a huge lesson in customer service. without them you have no job!

Love the salad bar!!! I sat in the bar and the service was very good. Food was good. My only issue is the place was pretty empty and they sat me right by the kitchen. I understand when its busy you use all your seats and sitting by the kitchen can happen. There were many other seats available, it would have been a better experience not sitting so close to the noise of the kitchen when I didn’t have to.

Had the worst experience I have ever gotten at a Ruby Tuesdays while at this location. Service was terrible, food wasn’t fresh and was dried out, and they didn’t even offer to comp the meal when I told them about the subpar food. Not coming back.

This is a great basic restaurant.
I like that they have a salad bar with most entrees. However, I wish the salad bar had as many choices as the mall location.
The squash spaghetti is amazing and so good for you.

Went to get lunch form here about a week ago and it was great. The one thing that got me is if you get a salad to go, they still let you make your own salad off the bar. They really have a great salad bar so I got exactly what I wanted and the pot pie I got was great too. I’m going to get lunch there more.
