This is probably one of the only sephoras I trust with my foundation match. Each time they get it right and when they don’t, they do it until they do. Only one time did I experience a rude representative but that doesn’t rule over the multiple good customer service I’ve received.

Horrible. This place truly deserve 0 stars after what happened on 1÷16÷16. One of their new«manager» janelle,(tall African American girl) decided to accuse me of stealing an hourglass brow pencil. Mine was conveniently with me as I thought about going for a darker shade. She approaches me and flat out accuses me of stealing it. Remind you, this was a worn looking pencil that was missing a cap to one side. Once I explained to her she had the most stupidest look on her face and casually walked away as if it was nothing. No apologies or anything. Found another manager to speak with about this incident, she was nice but didn’t seem like she really knew how to rectify the situation. So I will be speaking with the store manager to resolve this … In no way shape or form was this acceptable. Especially when mall security was already present in the store. Sephora can really do without people like Janelle.

Love the products, but I will never return to this Springfield store. My boyfriend and I walked through twice, from the entrance to the back, but were never acknowledged or provided a single greeting. Everyone around us were approached and offered assistance. It’s the first day of 2016 and this is still happening(I refuse to even state the blatant issue here). I was prepared to buy several perfumes/colognes and had questions about a recommended flat iron, but I’ll just buy online or drive up to Pentagon City. Never EVER support bad service from anywhere. Unacceptable!

Wow. I’m in shock about the terrible customer service I encountered today. Will not be returning to this location again. Very rude employee at checkout, made me question my purchase as I was swiping my card. Very sad about this as this is the closest location to home, but I guess I’ll be visiting Sephora at jcpenney from now on

Stood in line for 10 minutes as 3 staff helped one lady at the register. They Wouldn’t even open up another drawer. Don’t waste your time here just buy online

Pros: huge store, lots of visible selections. Cons: terrible customer service!!! Literally the worst I have ever had, airhead stylist, uncoordinated, items need to be restocked, needs better management, all over messy. This store has the potential to recieve 5 stars, but changes needs to be made. I’ll update in about a month or so… until then, I’ll just stick with JCPENNY’S sephora where they are more competent.

This shop is funny !I want to buy some beauty thing,when I check out,I used my credit card,the casher is so funny,she asked me let me show ID card!I purchased everything in USA I didn’t known that! buy some beauty thing need to show my ID!This is my first time, I didn’t bring my ID card, so the funny women told me «unfortunately, we can not sale this to you»! Ok unfortunately I will not come back every one their place!

I had an AMAZING consultant but when I went to check out, something had to be ordered online and, long story short, I ended up being forced to pay for something I didn’t want because the cashier processed the wrong item. No one could undo the transaction and now I have the inconvenience of having to return it when it shows up to my home. Won’t be doing that again.

I visited today and you can tell the store is not the same. All the girls who were the best of the best are now gone. I would love to know where they went because they know their customers well and what customer service is. Hardly anyone to help anymore. The store is getting out of control and messy. Such a shame. It seems like they have lost their best artists.

It’s really nice to have a Sephora closer to home! I usually used to go to the one at Pentagon City, when my budget allowed me to do so. One thing I noticed was how much less crowded this one was — kind of takes away the charm, doesn’t it? It can’t be helped, though. One thing that definitely would’ve bought the rating down by one star would be the fact that they don’t always sell everything! I went in looking for Nest perfumes, only to find they don’t sell them! Very unfortunate but since the customer service was excellent and all the staff were so nice and kind, it remains a five-star!
