I ordered a cookbook from these guys over Amazon, and they shipped me the wrong one. I had ordered it for a friend’s birthday, and gave plenty of time for it to arrive. It took quite some time for it to arrive, because they shipped it fourth class mail. When I got the wrong book, I called them up and pointed out that this was a birthday present, and without this book, I’m empty handed for the birthday. I asked them if they could overnight me the correct book, since they screwed up. They said that they didn’t even have the correct book. I had to pay for shipping and handling to return their mistake. They did refund my money after a significant delay.
Don’t order from these guys.
