Subway

If you are going to pick any subway to go to… this is the best one I have ever been to. The staff is engaging, funny, attentive, and courteous. As so as I asked for a vegetarian sub they asked if they should change their gloves and prepared a sandwich like a true artist. The guys behind the counter where happy and seemed passionate about what they do.
I know it’s just subway, but the staff at this location had a great attitude which made me feel like I was in a 5 star restaurant.

Ok, this is really the best subway. Seriously. Got my regular sub that I eat every Monday back in Columbus. This night we were headed to the symphony and needed something fast. Service was unbelievable! Both people working were super friendly and made us feel right at home. I don’t know why, I get the same thing on my sub everytime, but I swear it was better. The dining area is small, but we didn’t feel cramped at all. Next time I’m in Springfield for ANY reason I’ll be sure to stop back.

I don’t normally bother to write reviews about chain restaurants like this. The fair is pretty standard and what you can get in one city is pretty much what you can get in ANY city around the USA. There wasn’t anything particularly special about the offerings. Why I wanted to write this review was more on the memorable service my traveling companion and I had when dining here in February of 2011. The service was the best I have ever had in ANY subway in any of the cities I have been too on either coast of the USA. The employees were very polite and went the extra mile to ensure everything exceeded our expectations. Maybe I am just used to big cities where all service and interactions wiht others can seem so impersonal and meaningless but the service made me think that this could be a small town I could actually live in and enjoy. The food was certianly fresh and the premises were very clean. I do not dine at Subway often (except when traveling and there are not better options) but my companion is a great fan of Subway and he said the food was tops compared to the Subway shops he usually eats from in MD. If I were to travel to Sprongfield again I would dine there again.

This Subway had the most amazing feel to it. The 5 stars go to the staff that talked to me and made me an incredible sandwich at the same time. I love small towns… it just has that warm feeling to it. If I ever find myself around here again… I will definately stop in for a sandwich.
Also, there are a lot of places to review around here too!!!
