Had a wonderful experience here. Dennis took care of us. Listened to what we were looking for. Pointed us in the right direction and then gave us space to look without hovering or pressuring us. They do not work on commission here so there’s no need to worry about the typical sales pressure that comes with that.
When we decided to purchase a set we checked online to be sure we were getting the best price and it was taken care of in 5 minutes.
I would definitely shop here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Great experience! Went with my daughter to purchase a new mattress for her. Was expecting pushy salesman, having to haggle over price. Got the opposite. Salesman was lovely, said business is family owned, salesman don’t operate on commission. Great selection, very reasonable prices. Will be going back when need another mattress.

We are overall very pleased with our purchase from mattress factory from the moment we walked in to the men delivering our mattress. The sales men who worked with us were very knowledgable and honest.
I liked how they let us reflect on are decision without any pressure. I dont like when a salesman try’s to push a purchase which is what happened while we shopped around but not the mattress factory. The salesman were understanding and approachable when we sought more information. With all the excitement of getting a new bed, it only made sense to buy some good quality pillows. I could not be more pleased.

I’d highly recommend the Mattress Factory to anyone in the area who is in search of a new mattress.
I was pretty impressed with the in store service I received from Eddie. He was friendly and listened to my needs. He matched me with an awesome mattress.
The reason for four out of five stars was the delivery. The delivery times were reasonable, the truck arrived within an hour of the scheduled window. The gentlemen were friendly and timely however the mattress and box spring came in plastic, instead of going to extra mile and throwing the plastic away for me it was dumped in the middle of my floor. I know it’s not a huge deal but the extra service step would have exceeded my expectations. Isn’t that what customer service is all about?
Overall, I’d highly recommend Mattress Factory.

A little over 8 years ago, I bought a queen size bed from this place for $ 500. It was delivered within a few days I slept peacefully for the last 7 and a half years. Now my bed is lumpy, the springs are shot and I wake up every morning with awful lower back pain.
I visited the Mattress Factory to take advantage of their Labor Day sales. I worked with Ara and after rolling around on a few beds, I found a Laura Ashley Vera Firm bed that I fell in love with.
$ 1405 total — I was approved for $ 1000 and paid $ 405 upfront. When the bed is delivered, I’ll owe the drivers $ 49. It wasn’t until I signed on the dotted line and was driving home that I was told I could have haggled with Ara. Guess I’ll keep that in mind if I have to upgrade 8 years from now.

A few weeks after posting my review, I received a Unilocal message from the manager at The Mattress Factory offering to help me because of my mattress situation. I was super impressed by the customer service, and even more excited at the prospect of waking up without a sore back. 3 phone calls, 2 Unilocal message responses, and 1 month later, I have not heard a word from Andres. What a joke. Obviously he really wasn’t dedicated to helping me. Avoid this place like the plague — plenty of other places with better customer service. This experience made me even more bitter than I was before
