So i was on a business trip and discovered the local coffee shop next door. I don’t know how, but i completely missed this place until the very last day of my conference. So, anyways, I wandered in to buy some sugar cookies for the kids expecting a standard iced cookie that they would enjoy and something for me.
I was astonished. They had these wonderful looking butter cookies. I’m a total sucker for butter cookies. I bought a couple and a berry biscuit. They honestly THE best cookies and biscuit (more like a scone really) ive ever had.
Thankfully my flight left the next day so I got to load up on some more bars, cookies, and other tastiness :) The ladies working there were sweet as pie, they were really friendly and helped me package my goodies to withstand being bumped around on an airplane.
If you’re in the area definitely check them out!

I ordered cookies from the Sugar Jar for a special event. I had a vague idea of what I wanted, but I didn’t know how to describe it. Even though I was ordering on short notice, Sabrina worked patiently with me to develop a concept and then delivered 50 of the most beautiful and delicious cookies I have ever seen/​tasted. They were exactly what I and my organization were looking for and they were a huge hit at our event. Did I mention they tasted heavenly? I did, but it’s worth repeating. Highly recommended!

Wonderful cupcakes, very moist and the frosting was delicious buttercream. friendly staff, accommodating and highly recommend.

Great new find in downtown Springfield. Everything was baked fresh! Would have loved more selection, but great taste!
