My father insisted I give this place another shot after MANY bad experiences, so I did and the service has been MUCHBETTER! I will be more than happy to post good reviews each and everytime this place does great! So here’s to good service and good food and beer brought out quick! Thank you for the improved service!

This restaurant has the WORST service of any restaurant in Springfield Mo. ! Every time I have been in there it takes an excruciatingly long time to get a beer and longer for the food. Even a waitress who works there and whose name will go unannounced said that the poor service is COMMON and that the owner knows about it but he doesn’t do anything to correct it. I believe this because I have been going to this restaurant for two years and it has NOT changed. If you don’t believe this review then read the other reviews from other customers who are saying the same thing. It is a shame because it is the most beautiful restaurant/bar in Springfield. Very well designed and so clean looking with great TV screens to watch games on. The skinny white male bartender with the pony tail is WORTHLESS and sits and shoots the breeze with the ladies at the bar or his buddies when it is slow while neglecting his duties(cleaning up, washing glasses, etc.). He also screws up orders regularly(I have had him screw up three orders on different visits), so don’t let him take your order(I don’t let him take my order for food or a beer and I don’t sit at the bar when he is working). Even when the place has hardly any customers the food takes forever to get to you. I will give them a plug on the food, as the food is good and the portion size is a good value for the menu price you pay when it does get to you. Prepared to be disappointed If you choose this restaurant to eat at.

My husband I go here frequently and the food is always on point. But the service is always TERRIBLE. It takes 15 minutes to get a beer, apps practically come out with your food, and the staff has zero training. You have to ask for napkins, the bartender always has a shot in their hands while the one table ordering food goes ignored. They would do much better with some training, but the experience is awful because it’s painful to watch the simple task of serving be butchered. Sadly we wont be back. It may be a bar, but I am paying for an experience, a service, and Tyme Out does not embody a thoughtful, customer based establishment. Two stars, and that is only because of the food.

My wife and I have been here several times. It’s a good place to watch a game, they have nice variety to their menu, and a good beer selection. Also, It’s not usually been packed when I want to go watch a game.

This place has all the makings of a great sports bar, except for service. Me and my wife sat there for 10 minutes while the entire wait staff sat in front and smoked. Bar keep was very friendly. The staff saw us walk in and ignored us. Love to try this place just won’t happen.

I’ve only been here once and it was for playoff football. They had some specials according to the teams playing. All of it was fresh made in house. It’s easy to tell when a place rely goes above and beyond the average bar and this place does it. Great drink specials, huge televisions and fresh food.

Awesome food, awesome service and awesome huge TV’s everywhere! Only complaint is the sound kept going out during the WORLDSERIES. I hope they have fixed it by the end of this post.
