Came here last week for the first time by myself and was pretty happy that I got a nice hot and fresh muffin. Came today and they have 2 muffins to choose from. Ordered the new mocha iced Capp and it has no whip cream, and tastes like chopped up ice. Nice way to start a Friday of the long weekend(insert eye roll here!).

I’m giving this Tim Hortons 1 star only because I can’t give 0. The owner of this location needs to take lessons from the owner of the other Harper location and the one on Gratiot. Maybe have those employees come train the staff here. If it was great service with a smile I would overlook the wait. One problem is when you go inside, the lady usually taking care of the bagels is so rude to other employees that it’s uncomfortable. Drive thru employees is hit or miss. I’ve been called dude by one girl working the drive thru. Not that I care but the way she said it she might as well called me an A-hole. I’m done with this place now. Last week I drove past and marked the car I would’ve been behind in line. Went to the one south of 10 mile got my coffee. When I drove past on my way home, the car I would’ve been behind was just pulling away from the drive thru window. Whether this is a corporate owned or franchise, someone needs to plant themselves in there until it’s fixed.

I’d hate to pile on, but this place really is quite frustrating. Most of the times, the person working the drive threw pays no «customer service» attention to us in the car. In fact, it’s often as if we are bothering them when we place and receive our order. Just not the best way to start the day. Full disclosure: this place is on my way to work, and I will still stop in to get a coffee in the morning when I want one. However, I usually am frustrated by the experience.

Worst Tim Hortons Ever… Out of convenience I’ve been here several times, each time is just as bad as the last. The people that work here are not interested in working here, and they make it VERY obvious. I now refuse to go here, no matter how much easier it would be for me… I will drive way out of my way to not support this VERY poorly managed location.

Worst service ever. I have been to this location at least a dozen times and I have never left with any kind of satisfaction. The order is almost always wrong and the people that work here still have jobs here somehow. I’ve worked in the service industry for 23 years and this is what I would call the worst case scenario. With every review here at only 1 star(only because you can’t put 0 stars) it’s a wonder that the Tim Hortons corporation hasn’t been contacted enough to revamp this place and fire all the employees and the manager as well. Hopefully they catch wind of these reviews and improve this place.

On my way to work I stopped by this Tim Horton’s location to grab a bagel. I ordered a toasted bagel with butter and cream cheese and the picture I’ve posted is how my bagel looked. It’s a bagel with a giant frozen clump of cream cheese. It was half frozen and only on half of the bagel. It was carelessly made and thrown together. Extremely disappointed with my choice to go here this morning.

Sitting in this tim hortons drive thru wondering why I decided to come here again!!! This place has the worst service and I don’t believe they ever have a manager working. I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes. They are so slow!!!

horrible, horrible parking lot design creates loooong wait– just go inside. obvious communication breakdown when 2 people are trying to take your order over the speaker and can’t even give your total before having you pull up. maybe they don’t realize that could potentially speed things up. you ask for 2 cream and they fill half the cup. disgusting.

Made the mistake of going here again. My friends and I all ordered a number one and after we paid almost $ 20 they told us they were out of biscuits after we waited at the window for more than 7 mins. After we finally got our food we realized they forgot our hashbrowns. NOTHAPPY.

Recently moved to St Clair Shores and I try to avoid this Tims as much as possible. They are ungodly slow, even with just the basic orders. If you’re trying to get in and out quickly, don’t go here.

Currently at this location. The girl behind the counter couldn’t be any less interested in actually doing her job. And it wouldn’t hurt to drop the attitude when you deal with customers. Don’t see this location lasting much longer if this is their idea of customer service. Let’s just hope she gets the order right.

Terribly slow and they are always«out» of everything I want to get. I went there when they first opened so i thought that maybe that was why the service sucked but just went back now(few yrs later) and still BAD! lol

This Tim Hortons is consistently bad. It opened about a year or two ago. This one is on Harper just north of 11 Mile Road. It is close to my house, and I don’t feel like driving an extra 10 minutes to the one in the south end of SCS. I have stopped going here a lot, but I still end up visiting once a month or so. The service and product never gets better. I usually order a breakfast sandwich. I have had to return the sandwich about 5 times because they put it on a biscuit instead of a bagel. One day my daughter and I ordered some drinks and a bagel breakfast sandwich. We pulled up to the window and he handed us our drinks. I paused, then asked«what about the sandwich?» The worker disappeared then came back with the sandwich on a biscuit… UGH! We were on the way to a soccer game, so I couldn’t wait any longer. To his credit, the worker did apologize and offer up a free sandwich the next time I came it. That was about the only good service I have ever received at this store. Sometimes when I order a breakfast bagel sandwich, they toast the bagel and sometimes the don’t. Every other Tim Hortons I have been to always toasts the bagel when ordered with a sandwich. A few times the sandwich has been put together so poorly that I have had to return it. I walked in to return the sandwich because the bagel was sliced so poorly that it wasn’t holding in the egg, cheese and sausage. When I went to return it the first girl at the counter just said«I don’t make the sandwiches» and walked away. The manager came to me, didn’t say a word, grabbed it and walked away. About a minute later another worker gave me a new sandwich. No apology, nothing… just frowns and loud sighs from all 3 employees that I dealt with. I usually am pretty easy going when it comes to things, but this place has just been so bad that I felt I needed to write something. My girlfriend and I ordered pumpkin spice lattes in October and they tasted so horrible that we only took 3 sips of them. I don’t know what they tasted like, but it was just bad. We were in the car and didn’t have time to take them back so we just threw them away when we stopped at the gas station. When put together correctly, the sandwich is usually just barely warm. I like my food hot. When I get the food from here it feels as if they waved it over a candle. I probably won’t go here much at all anymore, but I will keep my eye on Unilocal and see if they clean up there act.
