The sales associate we had was very nice and friendly; he was helpful and didn’t hover over us while we were making a decision. With that said… The 1 star is because we had a couch custom ordered just over 10 weeks ago and they said it would take 6 – 8 weeks which means that they are 2 weeks late. We called to see why it was taking so long about 3 weeks ago and they said that there was a problem with the people at the shipping docks being on strike. They called us 2 weeks ago to say that our couch had left the shipping docks but yet 2 weeks later and still all they will say is that it should be here any day; a couch traveling from North Carolina to MO should take no more than a few days. I have asked them to track where our couch is currently and they told me they couldn’t look that up then they told my boyfriend that only the owner could look that up. We have asked several times on the phone and once in person to speak with the owner (whom actually was there and assisted the sales person in ordering our couch) and we have also sent an email and we still haven’t heard back from her even though we have been trying to contact her for 1 ½ weeks! We went in on Saturday to check on the status of our couch and in hopes of talking to the owner but she was not there at the time but was supposed to be back in 15 – 30 minutes so we waited around for 15 minutes while the salesman tried to get us to spend more money there so we asked the him to have the owner call us back, then he called us about an hour later to tell us that they didn’t have any new information about the status of our couch and when I asked yet again for the 2^nd time that day to talk to the owner the salesperson responded «the owner is on the phone right now dealing with a situation.» The fact that our couch is «missing» and 2 weeks late is a situation! This place is friendly when they want you to buy something but isn’t helpful after you bought something and have a problem! They will give you the runaround… I regret buying from them!!!
