Service was great but food was pricey. Owner was super nice. Limited menu and they were out of most everything the day we went. $ 35 for sandwiches for lunch for me and two kids and they left hungry.

We always like to dine in locally owned restaurants. The guys in Boulevard Café do a top notch job! Great sandwiches and totally fresh! We liked like the only non-locals in the place which is often a good indicator of the quality of the food. We would highly recommend!

What you can expect: Very good sandwiches. Actually, «delicious» may be a better description. The«sides» are extremely limited. One can usually expect potato ships and potato salad or something like that. This restaurant has unrealized potential. We wonder if the owner does not care? Dunno. We also wonder how the County Health Department does not react adversely to the filth on blades of the ceiling fans and the ceiling HVAC vents. But, like I said, the sandwiches are really, really good! Seriously!

Very good service and walking distance to the King and Prince. I had a nice salad and husband had a panini. Very average. But the cookies… very good!

Awesome food! Staff was friendly. Wasn’t microwaved food… Best biscuit sandwich I’ve ever had. I’d go back every chance I have. Real small town feel.

The staff was very friendly but we weren’t impressed by the lunch food we had or atmosphere –run down. Limited vegetarian options.

Had breakfast. The food was unique and wonderful. Had a waffle breakfast sandwich where they use waffles instead of bread. Delicious! Short pleasant walk from the King & Prince Resort.

KNOCKOFFALERT!!! This place is a wanna be Sweet Mama’s, so much, so they even occupy the same old store front. To be fair, I haven’t eaten here, however, it wasn’t because I didn’t try. Last night we drove by and noticed this place. We stowed it away in memory for future use. Today just happened to be the day that we decided to try it. When we walked in we found half empty cases. For a place that is a breakfast and bakery joint, they should have breakfast baked goods. Instead we were told that they hadn’t been delivered yet and had a choice of yesterday’s desserts. We were given an option of a sandwich but since we didn’t see a kitchen we decided to take our business elsewhere. Thanks for trying but I can microwave my own egg sandwich for a fraction of the cost. To note, the desserts didn’t look all that good. They had their version of Sunny’s Delight and then some cookies and cakes. They were all cut with crude and dull knives which left rough edges and sloppy cross contamination between the layers.

LOVE this little place. Great sandwiches and homemade cookies, cupcakes and more. Very friendly staff. I can’t speak to breakfast since we haven’t tried it yet but I can’t imagine it will be any less great than lunch.

Quick and very friendly service. Both the Turkey panini and club sandwich were reasonably priced and very good.

Very good for breakfast and the staff was very nice. Only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was because the bathroom was filthy!

We spent 4 days at the King and Prince resort and ate at the Boulevard Café every day, sometimes twice! The food is great, the owner is really nice. She knew by the second day that I was going to order a sweet tea with lemon and had it ready and waiting. The Boulevard Wrap for breakfast was our favorite thing. Do not miss this place!!!

This place is great! I’d highly recommend the pigmento sandwich. Great family owned and operated place with a relaxed atmosphere. Only reason this gets 4 instead of 5 stars is the fact that it’s cash only!

Great food, but a bit slow to get ready, so be prepared to wait 15−20m for your food if just 2 – 3 parties are ahead of you. Nice broad menu, healthful choices. Great salads and deserts. I had the Ava-lanch(an Avocado/Bacon/Greens panini) and it was really nice.

Boulevard Café is a great Island sandwich shop located on Ocean Road near the Crab Trap and King & Prince. They serve various soups, salad and sandwich at the quaint restaurant. The owners, Amy and Joey, are a nice young Island couple who work hard and make everything fresh themselves. My favorite sandwiches at Boulevard Café are the Grilled Rubin and the Avalanche which has avocado, bacon, lettuce and tomato. Recent soups were an Italian vegetable, cream of asparagus, brussel sprout soup, beef vegetable, and broccoli cheese. During the summer the Boulevard Café is very popular for lunch from about 11 to 3 in the afternoon.

The chicken salad here is the best! I like that they give you a salad(small) for a side. It feels healthy and refreshing. Great desserts. Just a bike ride from the beach so this place makes a great stop for lunch.
