Don’t get the four stars wrong; Yobe Frozen Yogurt on Mallery Street provided five-star yogurt. I have to deduct a star, for two reasons. First was the paltry selection of yogurt flavors, only 6 or 8. Other froyo places offer dozens at a time. Worse, all but one were labelled ‘fat-free.’ (That last was easily remedied, though, by judicious use of Yobe’s excellent toppings, which include such delicacies as melted Nestle Crunch bars, hot fudge sauce, and hot caramel.) Second was the price. At 49 cents/oz., two less-than-full yogurt sundaes totaled 28.8 oz., for $ 14.11 before sales tax. That ranks Yobe as the priciest froyo store I’ve visited. Yobe’s yogurt was delicious, but a number of locations nearby offer ice cream or gelato for chilled treats. If you’re pinching pennies, you might want to look elsewhere. But if you feel hot fudge sauce is worth a few pennies, enjoy.

This is a self-service froyo store. The flavors are a nice range and so are the toppings. It is nice to escape the heat and stop in here for a quick, cool treat. The salted-caramel is some of the best froyo I have ever had.

I went here twice while in St. Simon. The yogurt is delicious and the toppings are plentiful. However, the girls working inside could have been more friendly, after all I am spending a good amount of money on frozen yogurt.

Great frozen yogurt shop that recently opened in the St Simons Island Village. I just got the Island Breeze smoothie which is bananas, strawberries and yogurt. VERYGOOD!!! This is a self serve yogurt shop and they charge 49 cent an ounce. I will definitely be making return visit to Yobe.
