Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston-Stafford

Stayed for 6 nights in a King suite. It was very spacious and CLEAN. Hotel staff was very hospitable and personable. Felt like a home away from home which my kids loved. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to families.

Excellent customer service, good breakfast and dinner buffet… Rooms are very clean and spacious. Wonderful manager, very sweet & respectable man.

This is the best place ive ever stayed at. Its very clean and remodeled. They have so many ameneties including full breakfast and free meals and beer on weekdays. They have hot coffee 24 hours a day. Also a free popcorn pack n your room. I really enjoyed my stay. They will go grocery shopping for you free of charge. We stayed in a room with a kitchen so it is a nice service they provide. They also have room service if you get hungry late at night. Plus they allow pets!

Stayed here for 3 weeks for work the hotel staff is always friendly and willing help. The breakfast and dinner spreads were excellent, if I ever find myself in Houston again this will be where I stay.

My friends and I stayed here when we attended the Houston Caribbean Awards 2015. It is a nice hotel, not too fancy and opulent looking, but practical, inviting, and comfortable. Upon arrival, checking in was easy and Jewel who checked us in was very welcoming. Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. There were four of us in there. We got a suite that had 1 king bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed is the size of a full bed. Suites contain a dishwasher, full sized refrigerator, microwave, glassware, flatware, and cutlery, etc. Wifi is free, and is hassle-​free to connect to if you choose the attwifi hotspot.
After interacting with some of the other staff, I gathered that customer service is a high priority. We only stayed one night, so I cannot speak about the other amenities such as the fitness room, or pool. Pets are allowed.
Breakfast is continental and is from 7am-​10pm. At breakfast, the server that day, Brandon, ensured that we had a wonderful customer experience. He even brought us fresh, hot scones from the kitchen and served us straight at our table. His overall demeanor was very welcoming and pleasant.
This hotel is located in a decent part of town and was chosen for its proximity to the place where the event we were attending was, and based upon reviews left by others. I enjoyed staying at this hotel, and will definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay here.

I’ve reviewed this hotel for what it is: a mid-​level economy hotel with a weird location.
I grew up in the Sugar Land/​Missouri City area, so I have a hard time understanding why anyone would WANT to stay in a hotel by The Fountains, tucked back behind Pappadeaux. However, in January of this year I found myself staying there for a wedding at St. Laurence Catholic Church. Though my parents still live in the area, it was just easier to stay with the bridal party in one hotel. The bride was on a budget, too, so Homewood Suites was a great deal!
In any case, I admit I was skeptical going into this. I could see the hotel from the highway, but it was a chore to navigate the weird back roads in this part of town to locate the entrance.
By the time I arrived, the rooms had already been checked into by the other members of the bridal party, so I just had to drag my stuff upstairs, find my room, and plop into bed. The rooms were huge, the beds were comfy, and everything in the place seemed brand spanking new! I was very impressed.
In addition to this, in the hustle and bustle of getting the bride and bridesmaids ready, out the door, and checked out of the rooms, I inadvertently left my brand new not-​so-​cheap flip flops lying on the floor of one of the rooms. I called and asked them to look for them and hold them if they were found. Sure enough, they found them, and I was able to drop by later in the weekend to retrieve them! The staff was super nice!
I would totally recommend this place to people who don’t have any desire to fight the Mall/​City Hall traffic or pay the Marriott prices but just need to be nearby. Oh, and did I mention breakfast is included? Great place. Give it a try!
