$ 23.97 for 3 sandwiches that looked like this. We could have made this at home. Highly recommended by a client and I traveld 5 mil3s for this?

This is because they resolved an issue to keep a customer. Called in an order for me and my coworkers. I didn’t have a good feeling. The employee was having trouble getting our order straight. Got the sandwiches and 2 of them were wrong. Called the manager right away, as we were limited on time for lunch. She swiftly said that she’d send over a sandwich and refund the other. The Vito is the only sandwich I get there. They have their own branded chips. You have to pay for deli pickles and you can’t substitute meat. For example my coworker doesn’t eat pork and she request extra salami and remove the capicola and they refused. They are quick in delivery.

Not a fan… Don’t get me wrong, the sandwiches are not bad at all and customer service was spot on too. I just don’t see how they are setting themselves apart from the competition except that they give you double meat as a standard. I couldn’t discern anything really WOW worthy about this place. The bread is fairly fresh and they have quality cuts of meat. The sandwiches are ones you could EASILY duplicate at home… I feel like I would have been just as satisfied, probably more so because of variety and custom-made sandwiches, at Subway. The bathroom had some fact– worthy and interesting information on the walls and floors. That was the most enjoyable part of my experience… Sorry, Jimmy Johns, but if you are going to stick around for more than a decade, step up your game!

Over priced for what you get. Sandwich wasn’t anything special. Plus $ 4.50 for delivery is a bit much

Extreme disappointment. I think my turkey sandwich is less stuffed then one from subway. The bread is fresh but when the bread is the best part of your sandwich that’s a bad sign. If they want to compete with good sandwich shops they need to use more then one thin layer/slice of meat & put more then a scarce amount of lettuce. The meat is also fresh but there’s such a small amount I can hardly taste it over all the mayo they put. I’m never hungry after an «8 in» sandwich, but today I am. Won’t be coming back here.

Have delivered to us multiple times and now have decided that the opposite side of the street is too far. Don’t waste your time with this shop. They don’t actually want your money.

If I could give no stars I would, the cashier named MAYRA was very rude and acted like I wasn’t even there, and on top of it they gave me my order WITH onions and cheese which I specifically said I didn’t want, and NO hot peppers which of course I said I wanted. Not that hard to make a sandwich

Stopped by my local Jimmy John’s shortly after they opened for the day… I’m going to assume they were training people because I cannot imagine any other reason they would need that many people standing around doing nothing at the start of the day. Anyways, very welcoming people. The ordering process was fun, so many options! I got the #10 with medium rare roast beef. OHMAN! Really, really good! They don’t skimp if you order just a standard sammich. I’m hooked! The only thing I was not a fan of was the chocolate chip cookie. Other than that, everything was great! Really good unsweetened tea as well.

This Jimmy John’s is on it!!! They get to my office building remarkably quick!!! The sandwiches are delicious and reasonably priced. On a scale of Subway to Jersey Mikes they fall closer in comparison to Jersey Mikes. The menu is simple and contains classic sandwich choices, yet the flavor and care when making the sandwich is noticeable. I love how efficient ordering in their website is. It’s also super easy to customize your sandwich! Im from Ohio so its super awesome to see Jimmy Johns popping up in SoCal! Nommmm!!!

Casual, fast, filling. The sandwich bread is delicious. It is almost like a baguette, but softer. I ordered the club and it was filling and tasty. It comes with mayo, lettuce, cheese, turkey, and ham. It was a good sized sandwich! The restaurant is super clean. The best part is that they deliver to my office down the street. The delivery service is very, very fast, with no minimum order. Our office orders from them about 3 times per week. The sandwiches arrive freshly made, and very quickly.

The sandwiches are great here, it’s a shame that there are obvious fake 1 star reviews, bringing them down to 3 stars. Jimmy Johns is a solid 4 stars spot. The customer service is excellent from each and every employee here. The restaurant is very clean. The bread was fresh and delicious and they have everything you could possibly want in a sandwich. The topper for me is the crushed ice as opposed to cubes(it’s the little things). The delivery is very fast, as is the counter service. I got the Veggie, but next time I’m going to add mustard and extra lettuce. It might take a time or two to fine tune what you want. The avocado spread was delicious though and I will be back for sure.

« Unilocal Review Challenge 2015 — 4» This location has a good, knowledgable staff. This was my son’s first time at a JJ and they offered to give him the rundown of the menu and food in general. However, it took me 3 tries to get the Italian sauce on the side and they still put it on the sandwich(we were driving these 100+ miles home to eat). They redid the sandwich VERY quickly though, so no huge problem there. This location is consistent, however the Las Vegas locations we have frequented have been a slightly better overall experience with both the food and service. We will definitely be back, however. I mean, it is JJ’s. How do you say no?!

The actual sandwich is 3 stars. For the price it isn’t worth what you get & the taste doesn’t blow me away. I’d never crave these sammies but at least I tried it & can take it off my «to try» list. The regular 8″ sub will run you $ 5.99 and the giant sub is $ 7.49. Supposedly it is double the meat OR cheese. It is not listed but it is the same 8″ bread. The Italian felt like a regular amount of meat and double the lettuce if anything. Abeit… their lettuce is fabulously shredded & fresh. Guiliano’s is still the best sammie in the OC and LA. Well worth the drive to Redondo or Gardena. Jimmy’s staff is easily 5 stars but I will not be coming back for the sammies.

Arrived 30 min before closing on our way home. First time here and we were very pleased! The guy at the register was very knowledgeable and nice, he also gave us free bread. The French rolls tasted fresh and soft. The quality of my sandwich was perfect, I will definitely come back and recommend to others.

Watch out Togo’s! This place is new to the area so me and my friend had to try it out on our lunch break. I got the bootlegger turkey & roast beef Yum! The only thing missing was the cheese! I gave this place three stars the food was yummy but the seating in the restaurant SUCKS! I noticed on some sandwiches they carve out the bread giving some room for meat– I guess? I could be mistaken but I think they throw that bread they carved out in the trash! What are you doing!!! Overall I will be back!

I guess Jimmy Johns is big in the mid West and recently ventured out to Cali. Located where Stanton and Cypress meet at Knott and Katella in the same lot as Shoe City and next door to Mama Kabeb with plenty of store front parking. The store was clean and offered a few tables for those who like to dine in. Service was fast and friendly. The girl behind the counter was helpful and informed me the difference between sandwiches. Some are bigger, some are smaller, some are breadlesss, but all are cold. My order was lightening fast. I barely paid, sat and snapped a picture and it was ready. I ordered the # 5 The Vito. It was full, I mean full of lettuce, a small layer of genoa salami, Capitola, provolone, a few onions and a little dressing with zero taste other than lettuce. One bite and it was all lettuce. That sammie was also dry as can be. Luckily I requested extra mustard and mayo that I generously added. The bread was okay but easily squishable. I paired it with their BBQ chips, which were extra crunchy and not very salty. I ordered the giant #9 for the beast. It was suppose to be bigger and better with extra meat and cheese, just how he likes it. He said it was«okay» which means I screwed up with my Unilocal choice and he was not very happy. The place is a little pricey for what you get. There are a few competitors that pile on more meat and are a few bucks less than the $ 20 something I spent to feed us. I love a good sammie but I was left unimpressed. Maybe if I was from the Mid West I would appreciate this place more. Im also partial to the vietnamese style sammies. #496

I’ve never heard of this chain until a few months ago and now I see them popping up everywhere. This one just opened 2 weeks ago and is in the plaza with Rubios, Shoe City, and Daiso Japan. Price are comparable to Jersey Mike’s. No $ 5 foot longs found here. It’s pricey but tasted pretty high quality. I really loved my sandwich mainly due to the bread. They must use that yoga mat ingredient that Subway phased out because the texture of this bread is great! Soft inside but the texture of the outside reminds me almost like a bagel. They gave us one of their day old breads for free which we made into garlic bread that night to go along with some gnocchi I made for dinner. For my sandwich I went with the #8 «Billy Club. This has roast beef, smoked ham, provolone cheese, dijon mustard, mayo, lettuce, and tomato. I also added cherry peppers. The ham they use is applewood smoked and really packed full of flavor. The roast beef was tender and I loved the fact they use Grey Poupon mustard and real deal Hellmann’s full fat content mayo. Delicious sandwich. My wife had the #6 Vito which is genoa salami, capicola, provolone, onion, lettuce, cherry peppers, and Italian dressing. She really enjoyed it. I’ll definitely be back. My only complaint is the seating really sucks here. They have a single table and a few awkward counters. Most likely I’ll take my next order to go. They also deliver if you live close enough. I’m just outside the delivery radius :-(

Great new location near work. they deliver! Never had a Jimmy John’s sandwich, so it was a change from Subway’s or Togo’s. Love the bread, and it had just about the right flavors to satisfy me. Nice friendly staff-shout out to Lucas, Ben and Chris for outstanding customer service! Brought my #1 Pepe-smoked ham and provolone to work. and people were looking at it with hungry eyes.

Really great new addition to the neighborhood. Lots of fresh faced kids working hard to make our visit pleasant. This place truly makes an awesome sandwich. I had the number 16, it had turkey bacon lettuce tomatoes and man was it great. Really nice sandwich roll that was soft on the inside and chewy on the outside. Being someone who loves pickles, I highly recommend their«pickle upgrade» for $ 1.30 extra. Delicious!
