Great fresh food! Top class service and friendly staff. I will go out of my way to eat here again.

Will never go back. Food not very good had the chicken plate, flavor flat. I do have to admit the service was quick and friendly staff. They just need to get the food up to par with the friendly staff. Unfortunately even the white rice tasted like starch.

Laziness at its finest! The only thing fresh was the vegetables which were most likely previously frozen. Ordered 2 bowls 1 chicken and 1 beef and chicken. The food pre-prepared and I am very disappointed. Why do I have to go to a better neighborhood to get what is promised. Los Alamitos wouldn’t serve this crap! I had to ask for the chopped green onions after I received the bowls which were given to me so quickly I thought I was at McDonald’s. Quality of the flame broiler here is not what your getting rather a abuse of the brand name. On the upside the young man at the register could not have been any nicer!

Very good value for the money, fast food that doesn’t taste like fast food. Limited menu other wise it would be 5 stars all the way. This particular location is very good and faster than others. Hidden gem.

Went here today to order a chicken and beef plate. Opened my plate and meat tasted old and dry. ugh. Such a disappointment and upset that I just wasted $ 10.

Oh Flame Broiler — how I love you! This location is amazing! My normal Flame Broiler is on the corner of Cerritos and Valley View, next to the 7 – 11. That one is so small though(seriously, the lobby is ridiculously small) and the parking lot there is awful. Anyway, I was craving Flame Broiler but I didn’t want to deal with the crampiness and parking headache and a co-worker told me there was this new one, right on Katella near Knott. I went there around 11:30 and what a difference! This Flame Broiler is HUGE. The parking is not ideal, it’s a little cramped but honestly, still 100 times better than the one on Valley View and Cerritos. The service was super fast, I was waited on almost immediately. I was greeted with a smile and the worker at the counter was super friendly and cordial. After I paid I went to use the restroom and by the time I was done, I had just enough time to grab some Magic Sauce and my food was ready. Speaking of Magic Sauce — this Flame Broiler has a station where you can dispense your own sauce(both hot and magic). I love this because at the other FB I would go to, they would only give you one, maybe two sauces tops. Here I can take what I want without anyone saying anything. The food was delicious. I got a white meat chicken bowl with brown rice and extra green onions — for a total of $ 7.01. That’s a little pricier than I normally like to spend for lunch, but there is SO much food! In fact, next time I think I’ll get the mini-bowl because right now I feel like I am going to explode. I wish there were even more green onions on there(I really have a problem, I’m addicted to them), so next time I’ll ask for«extra, extra green onions!» :-) My only complaint is that the bathroom was in disarray. There was no toilet paper so I was forced to use paper towels, but that’s not the end of the world. It was just a little sloppy in there but it was still clean. Just messy. Overall, I can’t speak highly enough of this place. It’s perfect for those of us who only get 30 minutes for our lunch. And it’s healthy and my goodness, it is delicious.

This is the perfect lunch place for the Cypress working individual. I come here at least three times a week for a healthy, filling bowl of grilled chicken, brown rice, onions, and steamed veggies. Sauce isn’t necessary because the food just tastes good. The fountain drink system is pretty solid, offering Coke Zero for those tired of Diet Coke. The restaurant is spacious, parking is good, and the bathroom is clean.

Their portions are small and when I paid $ 4 for a side of ribs and only received 3 ribs with large bones and no meat I knew I would never go here again! Considering their plates are almost $ 8 each I think I’ll take my business elsewhere; somewhere where they actually give you your $‘s worth,

Located in a shopping center that is not busy with plenty of parking. It is 2 to 3 times the size of normal Flame Broiler locations. Store is clean, service is fast, plenty of seating, and good portions.

Really clean location and not too busy at around 1 in the afternoon when I went in. Maybe word hasn’t gotten out about this location. Ordered the chicken mini bowl which is $ 4.50 or 99¢ more with only white meat and you can add a drink for $ 1. I couldn’t finish the mini bowl, but it was really good. They even let you split the rice in the bowl between white and brown. They have sriracha sauce, magic sauce which tastes similar to soy sauce(to me), and some other sauces. They also have sliced jalapeños available for all you spice lovers. Service was good and food was served quickly after… can’t fault this place. It’s nice to have an option for healthy food when you don’t have time to make it yourself.
