So are yall even a Starbucks? You couldn’t give me my drink in a trenta size. You couldn’t use my Starbucks gold star reward. Uh yea. Sure.

Perfect stop before enjoying a movie première inside Harrah’s. The lines were long and they still managed to make our order without too much of a delay. Nice to have a place to stop in the middle of a casino of sometimes subpar choices.

The barista MERCY was very rude. We have come to Harrahs for years and have enjoyed exceptional service. This is my first negative review on Unilocal.;(

Oh my god, every casino hotel needs to have one of these in the lobby when after an early morning check out, you just need CAFFEINE to face the end of a little staycation. At some, you can use casino points towards your purchase. This is a pretty standard Starbucks and a good place to sit and sip and people watch(«wow, she really decided to walk out in public dressed like that?»). Service is a little iffy, but I’m feeling generous(probably due to a caffeine high).

Worst Starbucks service I’ve ever had! Don’t judge your experience solely on this location. Rude staff, slow service.

Almost double the price for everything since its in the hotel lobby. Other than that… It’s Starbucks

This is by far the worst service I’ve ever had at Starbucks. The cashier was flirting with a women in line who was in front of me and completely ignored me.

Thank you management for your smart marketing skills to put a Starbucks near the lobby at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe! My mom, sister, and I were a little tired of playing«Where’s Waldo?» with my brother and dad, so we thought it would be nice to grab a pastry and drink before our concert at the Harrah’s Showroom. The barista named Alison was very kind and sweet. I love how she encouraged us to wait six more minutes before 7PM to purchase pastries for a dollar instead of the regular price. On the other hand, my sister loved how her carmel macchiato was made. She said she would kidnap the other barista if she could because the barista added a great amount of carmel at the bottom of her drink. On a side note, be aware that there’s no outdoor seating since you’re inside the hotel lobby. I am having a feeling that the seats inside Starbucks could easily be packed on a morning.

This Starbucks is the worse one in the world. The girl behind the counter was extremely rude. She would not honor my reward free drink. When I asked about it, I got attitude. Why only pour pike? This is a coffee house for goodness sake!

The«Coffee Quine» is one moody B… «person». Service is slow, coffee is burned they do mess up drinks, rase their voice when communicating with customers and the list goes on and on, but what can you do if that is the only coffee place in the hotel!!! Management please hire new stuff that would smile and be nice to your customers.

Horrible. Burnt coffee and water soy latte, such a waste of much needed Starbucks. Come on dudes, get your shit together!!!

I like this Starbucks. It’s fast, there is a ton of seating, and it’s very open. It’s convenient to the casino floor and the employees are friendly. There are a couple of Starbucks we always stop at once or twice each time we visit Tahoe: the one in Harvey’s and the one here in Harrah’s. Both are good locations, but this one’s nice because it’s a little bit bigger and they have more employees working at once.

Chet Warren, the«Assistant Restaurant Manager» according to his name tag, was unnecessarily rude. I would assume that management would have a basic understanding of the items their store carries. When my wife and I placed a simple order for a couple cups of blonde roast, he kept asserting they didn’t carry that type of coffee until one of his subordinates corrected him. I understand that he might usually be at another location, but I expect management to be better at their job than the people they lead. The other workers provided decent service. Want more stars? Get better. The drinks are usually good, as I expect them to be for the price. The morning crowd can be a bit busy, but for the convenience of a good coffee right in the lobby, I’m willing to patiently deal with a reasonable wait time.

I love this Starbucks. There is almost always a line thought and they don’t always greet you when you walk in. The bathrooms have a coded lock on them. It’s pretty clean and there are a lot of chairs.

Smart to have one of these babies in the lobby of a busy casino/hotel. If I was more prepared I would have brought our own Chemex and hot water boiling pot, coffee grinder and our fave ACME beans(local) which beat out the popular Blue Bottle brand… sorry. Surprisingly I didn’t even buy any coffee since our friends brewed some Starbucks in their room(they brought their own coffee pot) but I didn’t stop and get a Venti Iced Water and a couple bags of their Specialty snacks — some White Cheddar all natural chips exclusively made for Starbucks… gluten free and made with Quinoa, Brown rice, Sunflower, Flax and Soy. Pick up a bag, they are killer!

It pains me to be giving a Starbucks TWO stars. As a Seattleite and a Starbucks lover, it really does hurt. However, this Harrah’s Sbucks had me super annoyed and holding on to my tip. I had to specify my order a couple times(Non fat lightly iced hazelnut latte-How hard is that?) after waiting for the gals to finish their personal conversation. I had this same Sbucks experience at Planet Hollywood. Maybe it is a Sbucks Casino thing?!

The first thing I noticed was the outrageous prices for Starbucks coffee. GRrrr to Starbucks in Harrah’s for charging so much! Otherwise, my bf enjoyed his caramel mocha frap. He ordered extra caramel and the barista squirted so much caramel in that drink. on the sides of the cup, in the drink, and on top of the whipped cream. Wheeeee. My Strawberry and Crème drink was gross. p. s. They DON’T accept gift cards!!! BOOOOO.
