Just trying to get an appointment is a nightmare, they make you wait 2 – 3 months until your appointment. You have to call them everyday for them to fill out paperwork for work or school, and most of the time they front desk won’t answer. This is an ok place for your kids, but that’s about it. If you have Matthew, your waiting time is longer, since she has the most people. They use lab corp, which is down a street or two.

Front desk is horrible. I have been calling for 2 weeks leaving several messages including leaving urgent messages with the answering service and no call back. My kids are behind on their vaccines for school and my son has severe allergies that require an epi-​pen which is expired so he needs to be seen. Do they care? No! No call back at.all.
Seriously, this is horrible patient care and will be looking in to my options of going somewhere else as soon as insurance gives the okay.
