I called Quality in December after the humidifier on my heating system stopped working. They came over to look at it and while they were there, gave me a quote for a complete furnace replacement. I just contacted them after having decided that I did not need a complete system replacement. Instead, I opted to have the humidifier replaced. One of the owners, named Sal, told me «yeah, I’m not going to do that.» I asked him why and he told me he didn’t have time and«maybe he would get to it in the summer.» Clearly, Sal was only interested in the job when it reached near $ 10k and doesn’t have time for smaller jobs.
