This is my home away from home local bar to hang out in when in New York City and in particular Staten Island. The staff and regular clientele have made this Texan feel right at home. Nice selection of beers on draft including supporting local breweries. Good selection of well drinks and great service. Great music is available on weekends, check for times. Good is available Thursday to Saturday and great pub food. Nice selection and the mussels I had were very good. John and company have a great place.

I have lived in the neighborhood for over a year and I have never been inside. There was never anybody inside as I passed by on my walk home from work, But my wife and I were adventurous one evening and we decided to give it a shot. And I can’t believe I waited so damn long to go in. The chef was trained by his grandmother and went to a culinary Institute and the food was amazing. Burger was spot on, chicken sandwich was crazy good. Beer selection is that of your local tavern, all the macro with a hint of craft. Very friendly and accommodating bartender. Can’t wait to go back for some football, food and brews.

Went here for the first time recently with my boyfriend. Cute dive bar with laid back atmosphere. Only thing I would complain about is the bitchy bartender with short brown hair and messed up teeth wouldn’t stop flirting with my bf, meanwhile ignoring me the whole time! I waited forever to get my one drink. We just left after like ten mins my bf and I were both getting annoyed. I would go back if I knew she wasn’t there, like really that’s bad for buissiness. Ladies if you come here with your man watch out for this stupid bimbo bartender! Other than that the place is nice, but I know so many other bars I can go to where my bf won’t get hit on the whole time and where I won’t be ignored!

Awesome neighborhood bar with great food!!! The staff was super friendly and made you feel at home. We will definitely be back. Nice quiet place to watch sports. I had the burger which was amazing. Big, juicy and delicious. Fries were cooked to perfection. My husband had the chicken parm sandwich which was surprisingly awesome. Much better than a pizza place chicken parm sandwich. Made with fresh mozzarella. Really good. Highly recommend for a nice chill evening that’s not too costly!

Had the mozzarella sticks and onion rings. Jamazing. Would return 10⁄10 Nothing tastes frozen, portions were excellent, and service was great. Had to wait a bit for the food, but it was worth it by far.

Great food. Ice cold beers. Great selection. The only place I can go grab a beer after work and not be annoyed by the island population of spiky haired guidos. Rosebank Tavern may just be heaven.

Our first visit to Rosebank Tavern was during our stay in May of 2007 at Harbor House B&B down the block. We walked in because of its convenient location to where we were staying, not knowing what to expect(other than that we were going to be served drinks). What we got a fantastic tasting meal along with a casual atmosphere with a very local feel. The décor is nothing fancy, but seemingly enough seating for diners. There is a Juke Box and friendly bar staff. The chef’s freshly made Raviolis with home-style marinara were wonderful. My boyfriend had the lobster ravioli and he has been dreaming of going back ever since. We are planning our next visit and can’t wait for our visit to Rosebank Tavern.
