These company took my call agreed a rate and because there were 2 different calls they were to run both on 2 different dates. The tech there Scott Peterson, explained this to me after we tried to get a hold of him for 2 days to see what his eta was. I finally got a hold of him and because he got upset that he wasn’t willing to work for less EVEN WHEN I TOLD HIM I WOULD PAY EXACTLY WHAT HE WANTED. He was extremely rude even though he committed to run a call today but couldn’t at the very least make a quick phone call to advise us that he decided to NOT run the call,??? WTF kind of business are they running? Not to mention they are extremely expensive.

When my five-​year-​old MacBook Pro crashed I was told by the Mac store that it was gone and nothing could be done to save the data. I was resigned but grateful that I had backed up my files a few months ago (I know I’m lazy but at least most of my data was there). I bought a new Mac that day as I can’t be without a computer.
My cousin told me to go to Staunton Computer Repair as they had been able to fix her Mac last year so off I went. Not only were they able to save my data and put it on my external hard drive, they were able to install a new hard drive in my old computer and make it good as new (better actually with Mt. Lion OS) all for $ 270.
Can’t say enough good things about these folks!

I had a Samsung Laptop with a busted screen. I came in with the screen I purchased online and was made aware that if they replaced it wouldn’t be under warranty with Staunton Computer Repair. No problem, is what I said. 4hrs later I got the call” its ready” now after 4 months it’s still working perfectly. Great prices and Great customer service! This is the kind business everyone loves to have around the corner from there house.
