I ordered the Curry Shrimp today and I was unimpressed. I had nothing but a bed of onions and bamboo shoots. It also had no seasoning to it. I was very displeased with my food today. Now, I will say that I have ordered from them before and have loved my food.

Ordered for delivery b/c I’m a homehealth nurse and can’t leave my pt alone. So many bad reviews but I was soooo hungry I ordered anyway. I got the Garlic chicken dinner combo with fried rice and crab ragoon. And some«steamed» dumplings because it needed to be over $ 12 for delivery. Pros: I was super surprised at how quickly I got the food. I got it after 20 mins of ordering. Usually you have u wait ATLEAST45 mins for delivery. Secondly the entre tastes really really really good. The portion was super big. It’s enough for two meals. For me at least. 5 star for the main dish. The crab ragoon I didn’t care for I’m not a fan of fried food. But for those who does will enjoy it because it’s super crispy. Nice crunch without being overly greasy. If give it a 4 star Cons: I ordered steamed dumplings and for fried dumplings instead. That’s not the main problem I have with the dumplings. They were soooo doughy. But the filling is really tasty. You can taste the ginger and the garlic. Unlike other chinese place that has smelly filling you could tell they were old and frozen before they cooked it for you. The dumplings from this place is nice. The thick dough kinda ruin it for me unfortunately. Also the dipping sauce that goes with the dumplings was also fantastic. So. . 3 star on them. I’m not sure why people are giving this place such a hard time. Aha. But I’m someone who doesn’t like Chinese food on the regular basis and I enjoyed this place. I’ll definitely be ordering again because their food isn’t greasy and I don’t feel lifeless after eating it. Give them a chance you’ll like it! =)

This is the second time that we’ve ordered from this restaurant. With wonderful fast service they get five stars from me. We usually order through Unilocal,Our food arrives no more then 20 minutes later. So far that is the fastest delivery we have found in this area. The food is tasty, filling and not over breaded like some Chinese places around the area. They also offers many different selections of food choices… Sometimes when businesses get put into new management they need a couple of months to get the tweaks out. I say try them and see for yourself we’ve haven’t had a bad experience and I’m a food critic when it comes to Chinese in this area especially having had multiple bad experiences at other places in the area!

Not sure, why all of these reviews are so negative, but I ordered from them today and it was delicious. So delicious in fact, that i came on here to write a review! I had sesame chicken with crab rangoon and dumplings, great portions and very fresh tasting. Hope people give them a second change, maybe they’ve improved.

Ive eaten here a few times before since i only live a few minutes away. They started out decent. The food was just okay. But then one night i got my usual, shrimp lomein. I brought it home and the shrimp tasted spoiled and rotten. I picked out the shrimp and ate the rest, thankfully i didnt get sick. Never plan on going back.

Ordered chicken Hunan and sesame chicken on Monday night. The Hunan chicken was terrible, had 2 bites and threw it out. The sesame chicken was dry and tasteless. I would never order from here again. The food was much better last year.

I went to Chopsticks House for 15+ years and it was excellent. New owners and new menu = not too good anymore. Very disappointed as the food used to be very good.

I use to frequent this place when I was a poor early 20-something living in my first apartment with roommates. We never had any complaints. They were opened late, the food was consistent, and they delivered. Haven’t been here in at least 6 years, so not sure what’s changed.

I’ve had mixed results here. The value is good, and I was originally attracted there by a coupon I received in the mail. The lunch specials are an especially good deal, where I would eat the egg roll and soup for lunch, and then save the main course for dinner. My best luck has been staying with the basics, pork lo mein for lunch and sesame chicken for dinner. But I stopped going there after a bad experience with lemon chicken. Instead of frying it crisply with a tempura-type batter, they appeared to merely heat up a previously-frozen breaded chicken patty, cut it up, and serve it over a bed of wilted, brown lettuce with some lemon goo in a little cup. I’ve found another place closer that I’m now frequenting more often. Parking can also be somewhat of a challenge, as Grand Mart shoppers tend to ignore the signs and park in the Chopsticks House designated parking spots. But fortunately, most of the time I’ve gone at night, when the nearby bank is closed so I can park there.

We pretty much eat here once a week. I have never been disappointed with the food or the service. We always get it to go, and it’s always fabulous and right. Prices seem to be right on, and my entire family loves it. We try lots of chinese food take out, and this has been one of the better ones.

This was my review for them back in Dec 2011 but did not have a Unilocal account then: Dishonest business. The lady in the front lied straight through her teeth stating that the coupons I was trying to use was expired. The expiration date was not for another 3 months. If she(the owner) doesn’t want us to use the coupon, then don’t mail them to us. Don’t lie to your customers. That is just dishonest business and now I have to think twice before I order anything from them.

2.5 stars On the positive side of things, Chopsticks House is cheap and has a lot of vegetarian options. Unfortunately that’s about where it stops. The first time we tried this place out we got some vegetarian options for my wife to try and duck rolls to satisfy my omnivorism: Vegetarian Orange Chicken: The breading seemed very stale. You know when you bite into deep fried breading and it’s spongy/chewy? Yep. And it tasted more like General Tso’s chicken, even through there were orange peels in the sauce. Special Crispy Beef: I’m not sure if that’s the right name but I’ll refer to it as such for now. This actually tasted more like how the Mandarin Orange Chicken should have tasted. The texture more closely resembled chicken and so did the sauce. It had a decent spice kick to it too. Both mock veggie dishes were drowning in sauce. Duck Rolls: Pretty disgusting. Who puts cucumber in duck rolls and ruins the taste of duck? This place does! And the hoison/duck sauce was severely lacking in this roll. It tasted more like cucumbers and dirty lettuce. I removed everything and just tried to eat the spongy duck which resulted in a minimal, spongy portion of cucumber-tainted duck :-( I gave this place another shot for lunch one day and tried the General Tso’s. It came with soy sauce fried rice, soup, and an egg roll. The chicken chunks were huge and decently crispy. Some contained fatty, dark meat which I admit are a guilty pleasure of mine, but overall I think the chicken chunks are too large. The dish itself was okay. The hot and sour soup was watery. You get what you pay for and if you want a good amount of food for not much money, go ahead and give this place a shot. If you’re willing to spend an extra couple of bucks to be satisfied by delicious food, visit Thai by Thai in the same shopping center.

Never again. The Chicken Lo Mein looked like it had been dyed in soy sauce. It was a bath of brown stained noodles with no chicken in sight unless you count the dozen tiny shards of ‘other stuff’ in the carton as chicken. There was so little I had to double check my receipt and make sure that I paid $ 7 for a portion of of ‘Lo Mein with chicken.’ So disappointing! There were also no veggies to speak of. Only like a few grass sized piece of green onion and maybe 2 shreds of carrot. This was the worst Lo Mein ever! The General Tso chicken was ok. Typical westernized taste and not SPICY as indicated in the menu. It was kind of sweet and spicy more then anything. Only 4 – 5 pieces of broccoli, not like what was pictured in the menu. Short on broccoli and short on taste. Not worth $ 9. Oh! They also overcharged me by $ 1. The prices were on the menu and I know taxes don’t come up to $ 1.70 for those 2 dishes. It was not an itemized receipt, found out after I got home and did the math. . Also, unlike other take out places, this place did not pack any of those sauce packets in the bag. Not that l like them anyway but there was no soy suace(felt like they poured over the Lo Mein instead eew) or red tangy suace or any type of packet in the bag. Pretty cheap if you ask me. First time and last time here. Terrible!

Your typical local Chinese take-out. I go here a lot when I’m lazy to cook, or when I just feeling like eating-in on a rainy day. I stick with their low mein mostly, b/c it’s pretty decent. The soups are good too. They’re friendly and have really fast service.

3.5 **** This little hole in the wall does good americanized chinese food for a very reasonable price. Sometimes if I’m hungry I’ll get something to eat when I stop by Grand Mart. It’s not fancy but not bad, better than expected. I stick with the stir fries and I like their sweet and sour chicken which has all white meat.
