Worst place. Didn’t give me what I ordered and then lied to my face, telling me they did. I don’t think so! And don’t expect do be able to drink your cappuccino for at LEAST20 minutes. I have a HIGH heat tolerance, and even this was too hot for me. Don’t waste your time or money here.

So, this place sucks. Slow service, lack of training, lack of inventory and lack of proper management. I am going to try the one near route 7 and drainsville road. It used to be a decent place to go but not anymore. To bad because this is closest DD to me.

The most Horrible customer service I have ever experienced. They got the order wrong, again. I told my daughters, as we were driving up to the drive thru, I hope they dont mess up the order again. Of course they did. After I paid and they gave me the order, they just closed the window and walked away. No receipt and we were missing one item in the order. I waited a few minutes for them to come back. They never came so I beeped the horn, still no one came. I beeped again. She finally came back. I told her we needed the receipt and that we were missing an item. She gave me the receipt and went to get another lady. She just started arguing with me. I told her I didnt want to argue I just wanted the item I ordered. She kept trying to argue with me. Then she told me to never come back. I was shocked. So I got out my phone and told her to repeat what she said to the phone recording her… So she did then closed the window in my face saying have a nice day… Wow. Unbelievable

Once you go as often as I was going, they start to remember you AND your order. Sometimes it’s hard to communicate via those speakers at the drive-thru. But I loved the Reeces’ Peanut Butter donuts, their iced mocha swirl coffee-and it’s cheaper than the«green mermaid» next door. Last year they had Pumpkin Pie donut which was awesome. I know a long time ago the service wasn’t good, but since about a year ago, I noticed an improvement.

Terrible service especially drive thru. Not once did they get my order right. Awful with using DD perks and paying thru app(they don’t know how to use the scanner). Given up and going to other locations.

Terrible service. The servers were more interested in chatting than working. Stale donuts that you can tell were days old. Not worth it.

Such a disappointment every time I go here. The latte’s taste burnt, they get the orders wrong, and multiple times the latte machine hasn’t even been working. So frustrating. Not well run.

So I went back, and although this time I was able to actually order. for some reason I just HATE the Dunkin Donuts menu. It’s one of the WORST menu’s I’ve seen of any chain or any restaurant in general. Everything is priced as a combo, +$ if you want to upgrade, -$ if you want to downgrade. Some stuff comes with hashbrowns, but then they like charge you a dollar and then reduce the price of the combo. It’s a crapshoot. I feel like I never know how much my food is going to cost or if it makes sense to even get a combo. It’s like«Dunkin Donuts, take the wheel!» I guess I can’t fault this particular location for Dunkin Donuts incredibly confusing menu boards… but since I already had a review for this location I will go ahead and give them another star for me able to actually eat there today, but still… can’t someone over at Dunkin Donuts headquarters try to make a menu that isn’t so full of smoke and mirrors? I went in just wanting a large Iced coffee and a sandwich. I ended up with that(after having to negotiate my way into an ICED coffee) but somehow Dunkin Donuts forced me to have hashbrowns with that through their strange menu combination system. All in it cost me about $ 8 which seems expensive for coffee and a bagel sandwich(with«free» hashbrowns)… but I guess it would probably be about the same price at Starbucks. That being said, I’d much rather go to Starbucks, and say«I want THIS drink, and THAT sandwich» and be done with it… not trying to navigate weird combination platters with upcharges and downcharges and«we can’t combo ice coffee» and here is hash browns you don’t want… and… AHRHHRHGGHHHHH, rant OVER. That being said, the iced coffee was pretty good. the sandwich, meh. I prefer Starbuck’s Gouda bacon sandwich.

The worst service here. The girl name Cindy has a really bad attitude! I asked what the difference is between a coolatta and a frozen coolatta, her reply nothing! When I receive my coolatta it isn’t coffee! Well that’s the difference! A vanilla bean coolatta isn’t coffee. A change of attitude w/the service and her state downs only show lack of professionalism. When I asked for the manager, Cindy, goes to the back I can see her standing behind the shelves talking to someone and she comes out and says he left. That’s probably the reason this location runs the way it does, no management on duty.

Came in today two donuts and coffee. Not very clean they need to be managed better, donuts were stale. The staff stands around like they have nothing to do?
