Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robins

The most Horrible customer service I have ever experienced. They got the order wrong, again. I told my daughters, as we were driving up to the drive thru, I hope they dont mess up the order again. Of course they did. After I paid and they gave me the order, they just closed the window and walked away. No receipt and we were missing one item in the order. I waited a few minutes for them to come back. They never came so I beeped the horn, still no one came. I beeped again. She finally came back. I told her we needed the receipt and that we were missing an item. She gave me the receipt and went to get another lady. She just started arguing with me. I told her I didnt want to argue I just wanted the item I ordered. She kept trying to argue with me. Then she told me to never come back. I was shocked. So I got out my phone and told her to repeat what she said to the phone recording her… So she did then closed the window in my face saying have a nice day… Wow. Unbelievable

Also, last June I ordered Cappuccino blast and all they had in there were the premix and bunch of ice blended together. I asked why isn’t there any ice cream in it and I was told b/​c they never put ice cream in Cappuccino blast. I told her, everytime I order this I asked for coffee ice cream instead of vanilla flavor so I know it’s in there. The girl continue to blend my drinks without putting in any ice cream. I asked someone next to her and I was told the same thing. uhhhhhhhh I thought to myself, maybe the process changed? I end up throwing away my $ 7 dollars drink b/​c it was NASTY… tasted like WATER DOWN COFFEE WITH BUNCH OF BLENDED ICE. well a month later I went to another DD/​BR near work and they made it perfectly with my ice cream blended altogether.
This is my only DD/​BR near home BUT I am not coming back again. They either need some new trainers or/​and staff members!!!

My review is based on ice cream. After dinner the other evening the husband wanted dessert, so we settled on Baskin Robbins. Now gone are the days of 31 flavors, I think I counted about 24. They had some of the standard fare, I opted for the mint chocolate chip, where my husband got some sort of halloween mixture of oreo, butterfingers, and baby ruth. The husband enjoyed his mixture. Mine was ok, there were actually a few chunks of ice in my ice cream. Like big enough I could have cooled a drink with it.
As far as the Dunkin Donuts part, its not a bad option that part I’d give it a solid 4 stars, I do love their coffee, and their donuts are pretty solid on the whole (no pun intended). Also the service is pretty quick and efficient to get you in and out. Overall 3 stars, partly because we ran over a nail in the lot which the husband discovered when the tire was making noise as we were getting closer to the Shoppers.

I have been holding off my review to this place for some time. My coffee here is always very watery. I don’t know how many times they use beans. Please avoid this place to get your coffee some place else.

This place is good. Service is a bit on the slow side, but really I just have one question: Why is this place so cold?! lol.

This Dunkin Donuts is AMAZING. They make my coffee faster and better than any other Dunkin that I’ve been to. I order Dunkin at other Dunkin Donuts and it’s just not the same.
But more than that, the staff is great. They are SO nice. I get my coffee around 6:30 AM and I don’t understand how their staff can be so nice at such an early hour, but they always are. They always sound so sincere when they wish me a good day. There is one guy that is typically working there at that time, he’s a young guy and his happiness energizes me more than my medium iced caramel coffee.

Asked for assorted donuts for a 50 pack of Munchkins and I only got three kinds, mostly jelly. Boo.

This location leaves much to be desired.
They are only open til 9pm which I hate! I prefer locations that are open til 10−11pm or 24 hours!!!
The drive thru is awkward and the store layout is awkward (you have to walk all the way to the back to place your order and view donuts). I feel like this should be at the front of the store?

The drive-​thru is supposed to make things fairly easier… but they person who took my order seemed confused. I asked for 2% milk, and it took a while for them to realize they only offered whole or skim. So skim it was.
The medium caramel iced coffee I ordered came out with no caramel sadly… (sad, because I paid extra I’m pretty sure for that)… Overall: unsatisfactory cup of coffee that seemed super watered-​down.
Disappointed, because I really needed the caffeine kick to get through this 13 hour day. I was hoping DD would deliver with this $ 2.70 cup of coffee, but they did not.
I won’t be returning to this location.

I get fast service, coffee made the way I want it but sometimes they run out of the specific donuts I want. I’ve never had an issue other than my coffee being too hot for me to drink! It’s Dunkin Donuts! They fill all my fat-​kid needs, what more needs to be said about coffee and donuts!

I dont know why i come here anymore. The staff doesn’t speak english so it takes a long time to place an order and they always mess it up.

Well organized, clean but somewhat understaffed especially during the morning rush hour.

It’s in a nice location but they seem brew the coffee in those tall urns. Most places brew the coffee in a small pot. Coffee from an urn always seems bitter and tastes like gas station junk that’s been sitting too long!

Fast service and a large interior. Lots of selections available. Great local DD option if you need your fix.
