*** UPDATE*** Manger never called me back. Had to call them again. Manage didn’t over me my money back or even to replace the $ 30 pizza wasted because it had to be thrown away! This place disgusts me and I will be calling the health department!!! My roommates and I were really excited to check out this pizza place because heard great things. Unfortunately, when we received our delivery we also received an extra topping of small black bugs we didn’t obviously order. This is completely unacceptable. We had to be one of the last deliveries since when I called shortly after our discovery they were closed. I have left a message and am waiting to hear back!

By far the best pizza I’ve found outside of New York. I walk in and it brings me back to my childhood. Love it!

Crust was burnt, very chewy, taste was not good. Honestly one of the worst pizza’s ever at a very high price!

Delicious pizza with excellent NY style crust — perfectly done and hard to find in NoVa!

New York style pizza it is not. The cheese is rubbery and salty. Did not arrive hot but warm. Very disappointed.

This place is really a diamond in the rough. We learned about it by word of mouth, which is a good thing because if you drive past it or walk in, you’d probably turn right back around. Not saying it’s dirty or anything, but it’s somewhat hidden behind a larger shopping plaza and the inside is very plain. Take out is definitely the way to go. Honestly, the food is closer to 5 stars, but I took a star off for two reasons. 1) The aforementioned décor, and 2) they always seem closed or closing when I call? Their menu says they are open until 10PM, but no one ever picks up the phone after 9? Their menu also says they are closed on Sundays and Mondays, which seems a little odd if you’re trying to run a successful business. It’s almost like they open/close the restaurant whenever they feel like taking orders? LOL! I feel like if they were better organized, they could really make a killing. Their product is better than anything out there. Now, to the food. The Pizzas are awesome! The large is truly large in size. You can see them pulling the pies out of large ovens and it feels and smells like you’re in a real NY pizzeria. The Pizzas have a fairly thin, kinda crunchy crust, but the cheese and topics are nice and juicy without being too greasy like a lot of other pies out there. All in all, a real authentic tasting NY pizza for a very reasonable price. I’m going for the cheesesteak next time as I hear they are top notch as well. Happy eating!

This place is a great little mom and pop pizza place with some delicious NY style pizza and great service. The meat lovers and east coast pizzas are phenomenal. The burger is also pretty good and their prices for specials are unbeatable. This is definitely my Go-To for good food in sterling.

Pretty typical sub and pizza place, but I’m giving it 4 stars because of the Chicken Gyro. I wasn’t sure about getting this from a normal pizza/sub place, but it sounded good and I’m so glad I got it! The pita type bread they use for it is AMAZING. And the taziki yogurt spread that goes on it is delicious. Sometimes taziki can be sort of tart and I don’t always love it, but whatever they put in it here is great! Pizza is pretty standard, although it wasn’t great reheated the next day. I would definitely go back for that chicken gyro, but will probably skip the pizza in the future.

I’ve only tried the pizza there, and always for take out, and only plain cheese. Having grown up on NY style pizza in Boston’s North End and all over NYC, I felt right at home when I walked in. One bite, closed my eyes, and I thought I was in the Bronx! It’s a bit too cheesy for my daughter — but me, I love the cheese! Nice and tangy and sweet with fresh tomato sauce. Like any great pizza, you must eat it right away.

We wanted NY style pizza so we ordered from here. 1) they don’t have delivery before 5pm on Saturday, 2) I was late picking it up because I thought I ordered from a different place that begins with the same letter. The pizza was OK. The edge of the crust was a bit chewy. It was greasier than I prefer.

I lived very close to this place since 2002 and had not tried this place until 2015. Let me say it’s real good pie a medium is 16 inches if not a little bigger. Makes Papa john & Pizza Hut large seem like it’s really a medium. Go try this pizza best around Herndon, Sterling, Ashburn & Leesburg area period the crust is amazing.

True NY pizza is very difficult to find in the Washington area in general, let alone out in the suburbs. However, Jimmy’s brings it!!! It was exactly what you’d find on the streets of NYC… but let’s not forget the garlic knots. Oh the garlic knots. The most delectable little things — do not miss out on them! GPS makes it difficult to find this little spot — and as others have noted, don’t judge the place from the location or the way it looks on the outside/inside. The food is superior and that’s all I’m worried about. Y-U-M! PS. You can’t beat the prices either.

Pizza is delicious and definitely is some of the best authentic NY pizza in the area. However the business is extremely disorganized, website ordering appeared to work but never went through. Was dissapointed I couldn’t use my CC to place an orderon the website if it had actually worked, I called after 45 mins and had to replace my order and wait another 30 minutes for delivery. Driver showed up without any change. Don’t order if you’re in a rush or low on patience but definitely order if you want good pizza. Wish management would step it up a notch.

The only truly authentic NY style pizza in town! They make some of the greatest pizzas. This isn’t Pizza Hut. This is REAL pizza. You MUST get the garlic rolls. They are the greatest thing on the planet.

Being from NJ, I can’t get good pizza or bagels down here. That being said, this place is the best pizza I have tried since being down in VA and is my go to place. Its a good pizza and they have good garlic knots. The white pizza is pretty good also.

They were about to close up when I arrived, but kept open and stayed around to finish my order. Wonderful people to work with. I asked if one was Jimmy, but was told nah, Jimmy is the big guy. :-) I would suggest this place to anyone that would ask me.

We placed our $ 40 delivery order online at 8:30PM on a Thursday(30 minutes from their closing time). I received a confirmation number. We live 11 minutes from their location. It said to «wait 45 minutes for the delivery, if it doesn’t arrive after 45 minutes, call 703−421−0600.» We waited an hour and 20 minutes before I called the number. At this point, it’s after 9pm and they have closed. No one answered my numerous calls. It has now been 2 hours and no delivery… Needless to say, we are pissed and very inconvenienced by this. We were trying this place for the first time and they blew it. Didn’t even get to taste the food… The silver lining to this… they only take cash on online orders so they don’t have my credit info to charge me for nothing. Disappointed.

TRY not to judge this place from the outside. I realize that it LOOKS kinda divey– don’t be scurr’d. Just walk in and get some to go. Play some old school Ms. Pac man and watch some Animal Planet while you wait. If you enjoy affordable, foldable legit NY pizza you won’t regret trying Jimmy’s. We walked in after reading some New Yorker Unilocal reviews– ordered a large-sized Jalapeño pie to-go(with half pepperoni for husband). We saw them make it fresh– the chef whirled the dough around in the air, all old-school style. We waited around 10 minutes and brought home some delicious pizza. Reheats well in the oven. Thumbs up from both of us! If we lived in Sterling this would be our go-to spot, hands down! PS: Some of my Jalapeño slices had their seeds stuck to them and the demon inside me thinks that is awesome! /love(the rest of you, be careful though!)
