I ordered two pizzas and some wings and had forgotten to get a Pepsi with the order so I called about 15 minutes later and added one, paid for on a separate order but was sure it hadn’t been sent out for delivery yet. They charged us but when the delivery came, no Pepsi. It’s a Saturday night, I understand it’s busy. but when I called back he says, «it’ll take some time but I’ll send out another.» No problem, I’m patient. Well an hour and 15 minutes goes by so I call back and the gentleman who answers the phone says, «the delivery guy said he already gave it to you.» I told him he certainly didn’t, and he said yet again that he had. I insisted he didn’t so he said, «okay I’ll send put another one.» Why didn’t you do that an hour and a half ago?! Why didn’t you call me to say tell me the delivery guy had said that, to make sure he had? It’s a freaking pepsi, it’s not a huge deal but come on, customer service!

I like pizza hut pizza. Their deep dish pizza is definitely their specialty. The new hershey’s cookie is great too. Yum! This location is SUPER awkward and sketchy to go pick up food at. It is strictly a pick up place(no tables for eating there) and it’s in the back of a sketchy shopping center. I literally drove around in circles trying to find it with my GPS running. However, their delivery is great. They quoted me 45 – 60 minutes on a Friday night and it showed up in only about 30 minutes.

I don’t normally review fast food places, but since I have been waiting for 1 hour and 15 min I find myself with nothing else to do. This is pizza hut, and tastes like any other pizza hut, and if you don’t know what that tastes like then you haven’t checked a box. The purpose of this review is to highlight that on Thursday night 9÷11÷14 I have yet to receive my food. Maybe they are trying to run a low labor%, Maybe it is ultra busy. Who the fuck cares. It has been over an hour. Pizza delivery is sloppy these days, and Pizza Hut Sterling Boulevard proves it.

Pretty average plain Jane pizza here. My favorite place was closed and I didn’t have any frozen pizza in my freezer so on a whim I decided to satisfy my craving from Pizza Hut. Why not? It was after 10 pm and the ‘create your own pizza with any number of toppings for $ 10′ sounded good, too. The pizza was average. It met all my(low) expectations for a late night pizza. I reheated it in my oven after pick up. I haven’t had Pizza Hut in years and honestly, a large pizza with 3 veggie toppings from here tonight reminded me why. It’s just so plain tasting. Nothing stands out. To start, the homestyle crust was uneven all around, too large around most of the pizza, taking away from the pizza itself. There wasn’t enough cheese. There wasn’t enough toppings. The toppings looked old. And the sauce tasted like it was straight out of a tin can and tasted too salty and processed to taste good. No snap, crackle, pop. Over all, the pizza here was still edible and savory enough for a one-time craving. I ordered online, paid in the store, and got my pizza about 10 minutes after the estimated time it was supposed to be ready. No big deal.

One and a half stars. Timely delivery on busy game nights, but the semi-dense original crust is soggy with grease. You can literally squeeze the bread to produce oil drips, even after the cardboard bottom of the box has soaked through.

Ok pizza seem to deliver on time or before most nights, even on NFL game nights.
