Wish I could give them zero stars. Tried to order for delivery to a 25-year-old house in a well-known neighborhood right off Dranesville Road and the High School. Their system couldn’t find the street, so sorry no delivery. Hey Manhattan Pizza — your system is broken. Paisanos finds us easily.

My wife and I ordered from Manhattans a couple of weeks ago, and it was amazing. It brought back fond memories of being in New York and getting a solid slice from a hole in the wall. Since then we’ve ordered twice and the food has been dreadful. Over done, dried out, and pretty flavorless. We tried the mozzarella sticks, cheese pizza, meatballs, and the garlic knots. Our first order aside, it’s just not worth the money.

I saw the owner of this place in an argument in the parking lot with a customer, certainly not a good situation. Did not look so good. Anger management classes are needed.

Nothing special. Cheap food for average price. I got the eggplant parm meal and there was half an eggplant medallion. It was really spaghetti and marinara sauce.

I used to eat Manhattan pizza 3 – 4 times a month for about two years, but the Herndon location unapologetically screwed up so many times I lost count and gave up on their business. When I saw this place was open I was looking forward to getting my favorite pizza back. I went into the place and talked to the kid behind the counter and he said that this place was owned by the same guy as the Herndon franchise, but I was hoping that history wouldn’t repeat itself and tried it again(but does history ever not repeat itself?) So I’ve ordered a few times for delivery without issue, but still weary of ordering extra cheese in case they hired any of the same driver’s from the Herndon store that slop it all over the place before bringing it to you(see my other review of the Herndon store) but tonight Manhattan pizza acted in typical Manhattan pizza fashion once again. They say«close» at 1000, but in reality that means whenever the hell they feel like it. Someone should teach these kids to tell time, because last time I checked 9:49 wasn’t after ten; they wouldn’t take my order because they were«closed.» So like with the Herndon store, their advertised closing time is merely an estimate; they close whenever the **** they want. So if you want to order from them do it early. I however will chalk this business up to being the same as their sister location; good pizza but ****** service and are unworthy of my money.

We ordered from them for the first time on a whim due to a mail coupon. We got the whole wheat pizza and also the gluten free option(easy online order). After placing order, we received call from them stating they were out of gluten free crust. Their solution? The manager drove to the Herndon location to get the crust, so pizza would be delivered a few extra minutes! Awesome customer service. The pizza was great too. No complaints, will definitely be a repeat customer.
