I really enjoyed my experience at the Navy Federal Credit Union. I worked with Ivan and he was a pleasant man who did an excellent job explaining all of the services that are offered. I am looking forward to coming back here to do my banking!

Wonderful staff!
First time visiting this branch and I absolutely loved everything about it. Not only was it conveniently located and decorated/​set-​up very nicely, the staff and service was beyond a 5-​star rating.
I was immediately greeted by a friendly woman as soon as I walked through the door. When I met with the bank teller she was very informative, extremely delightful and assisted me quickly while making me feel comfortable, as though she was not rushing me out the door.

Ever since they opened, it has been a positive experience. You walk in and everyone literally greets you with a smile and a hello. Say what? When you exit, they give you a «have a nice day».
They go out of their way to do whatever they can. If they can’t help you, they’ll explain what can be done to get what you need accomplished.
Parking is super easy and plentiful. Just be careful when you pull out from their side because the incoming traffic does not have a stop sign and it can get dicy!
Love that they’ve opened a branch so close to me now! I’m hoping it stays viable for them!
