GREAT customer service. I forget the woman’s name but she always has a smile on her face and gives me no problem when I ask for toppings. The food is fresh and it’s quick service.

I love this Subway. Yes, as with any SubWay, their sandwiches can be a little thin but I actually prefer my sandwiches a little thinner. I love to load it up with the extras! Hubby is addicted to their turkey subs and their meatball subs. I am addicted to their Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki… yummy!!! Their Buffalo Chicken sub is quite delicious as is their Spicy Italian. I’ve never had a rude moment from the staff here. They’ve always been friendly and appropriately chatty with me. I’ve never been denied any requests. The restaurant has always been nice and clean too.

I live in Great Falls and was happy when a Subway franchise setup shop in our village center. Given Subway is a franchise, you’d think the quality of the food would be consistent. Unfortunately, this is not the case for the Great Falls franchise. The first few visits I made to the Great Falls Subway shortly after they opened I was very pleased with the quality of the food and service. Not today. The bread(9-grain wheat) that our Subway Club sandwich was served on was stale, and tasted like it had been baked days earlier. The bread was so hard that I removed it and just ate the inside fixings and meat. I will not be returning to my local Subway any time soon. Very disappointed, for a second time. As always, your mileage may vary.

As far as Subways go this location is pretty good. They were quick, didn’t skimp on ingredients like other Subways, friendly and got me in and out in under 5 minutes with 4 people in front of me. The restaurant was clean and I will return.

I went here with the kids I was babysitting to get two foot longs. The sandwich was good HOWEVER, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The lady who was working gave the WORST, and I emphasize worst customer service. This was not the first time I I’ve gotten bad service, but since it was last minute I decided to just go. And trust me, I work in retail as a second job so I was not being rude or unpleasant. I asked for two different kind of cheese and was gotten a smart comment saying it was only for people who share the sandwich. When I asked for hot pepper on the side… she literally rolled her eyes and sigh as if I asked her to dip my sandwich in gold! I was just so upset at this experience that I had to go on here and left a comment. I would recommend subway to change the people or figure something out. I’m always so hesitance to go here because of their horrible service!

OK, why review a subway you ask? I normally wouldn’t as I have frequented many a subways and it’s kinda like going to McDonald’s. You know exactly what you are going to get. Nothing special… not worth the review. Today’s events however deserve my review and to share with you how ridiculous this establishment is. I went in today at lunch and got a chicken breast sub… with my regular toppings which are irrelevant to this review. I got a six inch and in typical subway fixings and speed, the sub was complete and I was on my way to my son’s school. As soon as I took a bite out of the hot crispy bread into the chicken breast… I spit it out in my car as the breast was frozen. Not warm, not slightly cold, not cold… BUTFROZEN! Granted, the outskirts of the chicken were cold, but the inside was FROZEN!!! I decided to just chalk it up and let it go… but as I drove home after my son’s school, I passed the Subway and decided to go in there to tell the manager/owner. The older gentlemen whom I shared this with seemed surprised as if they have never served cold chicken breast before and stared at me. He then stated how it should be toasted twice and blah blah blah… listen dude… I don’t care how you make the sub but I want you to know that you served something that should not have been served and I was looking for an apology which I finally got. But even then, no offer of a new sub to be made, no offer of coupons, no offer of any thing. Believe me, it’s not that I would have taken it, because my kids won’t eat here again, their friends won’t eat here again… at least not when they are near me. It is the thought of «asking a customer… is there anything else I can do to square this issue?»…it’s not like I went in there demanding my money back, because I didn’t. It’s sad considering it is pretty hard to screw up Subway… it’s sort of like going to McDonald’s and getting cold fries… then you bring them back to say«i would rather wait for a new/hot batch» and being told… no more is being made… SORRY your stuck with what you got. What is this world coming to? Stay away from this Subway.

The Missus and I have had our eyes on this place since it was just a vacant storefront with a sign promising the eventual arrival of Subway in Great Falls. After it finally opened, time and activities were never synced in a way that we could ever stop and try the place out. Then Subway started serving Breakfast! I think since they started with a breakfast menu, I’ve tried everything on it(as the friendly staff has more than once reminded me of). I would recommend getting the breakfast sandwiches on english muffins as opposed to the bagel or 6-inch sub-sandwich bread. I’d probably rate the bagel second, however. The scrambled egg they have for your sandwich is light and airy and comes in either regular egg or just scrambled egg white. The bacon is thin, but tasty. I wish they would have more cheese choices than just American or Provolone, but that’s life. And they are not allowed to put as much chopped steak on the breakfast sandwich as they put on the lunch steak and cheese sandwich. Speaking of which, we have found time to finally visit this place during lunch time too. The Missus gets an Italian Sausage sub and I get the steak and cheese. It’s all very tasty. And, just a reminder, whether it’s breakfast or lunch, don’t forget the chocolate chip cookie. They are the Bomb!

This is the best Subway I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly and they get your order right the first time. Presentation means something to me when it comes to food and they do not disappoint. Considering I get just about every topping they have to offer, they are able to make the sandwich look very pretty. I would highly recommend this Subway.
