Victoria’s Secret

Looks like they redid all the VS stores. Not sure why they felt the need to have ginormous models in bras on the front glass of their stores. If I was a mom with small children, I’d be extremely embarassed. I shop here and get the premise, but no need to have the videos playing thru the windows (as at Tysons).

I’m at this location several times a month, getting my favorite items, browsing and checking out promotions I receive in my email. I live close by and love that the store is located just off of the escalator on the second floor. I recently came and tried on a new bra style that just arrived. The dressing rooms blew me away! They are so fabulous and feminine! They look nothing like other Victoria’s Secret dressing rooms and I’ve literally been to 50 stores. I am happy to say that the service here is also great. I can find a sales associate quickly to answer questions, and help provide assistance. I will say sometimes this location is a little disorganized. But I’ll still be back. They have everything I need !

Rude, unprofessional, inattentive, lazy people working at this location. They’d rather lie and be lazy than actually help people.

Friendly and organized store. Bought a nice, originally $ 55 bra for $ 30. Also bought a nice sports bra on sale for $ 30. Sarah was the girl that helped me and she was so sweet and knew everything I needed to know! Was impressed!

The staff here was very friendly and attentive, several of them asked me if I needed help and one even attempted to help me find my size, but had no luck. I went in looking for something special for Valentine’s Day and while they have a fairly large selection, they don’t carry them in any sizes above a D! I was so bummed that I had to go in search of something elsewhere. I guess big chested woman aren’t allowed to look sexy for Valentine’s Day… Boo!

Literally just had three sales associates walk pass me when I was standing in line at the counter and not one of them offered to ring me out or even ask if I needed anything. I left my merchandise at the counter and walked away.

This is your normal Victoria Secret that is always crowded. I always feel ignored here or maybe just hard to find someone to help me. Regardless I only go here if i am in the area but don’t make a special trip to this particular location.

Typical Victoria’s Secret. This one was okay. The drawers were a little messy when I went to go find what I wanted in my size… but other than that no major complaints here.

Thank goodness I walked in here knowing exactly what i wanted to pick up. When i walked in, i wasnt acknowledged at all. Then when i grabbed what i needed, I had to walk around and hunt down someone to get to a dressing room. At least the check out counter line was short and fast.

I have been to many Victoria’s Secret and usually, upon entry and browsing, you would be acknowledged. I came by on two occasions and was ignored twice. Though I was only visiting and not planning to make a purchase, I was surprised by the lack of customer service here. Definitely not expected!

Victoria’s Secret stores can be hit or miss… sometimes, you find a really dumpy one that’s just SO messy that you’re scared to even purchase anything so you kind of just shuffle through and then leave in disgust.
On the other hand, once in a while, you find a really nice one that’s always neat, the sales associates are always friendly, and the displays are extremely captivating and you just want. to. buy. everything.
Lucky for these ladies and gents, the latter of the two is how I’d describe this store. It’s fabulous, and always looks extremely well put together. Very neat, pretty and colorful displays that really catch the attention of shoppers. Well, minus the Redskins apparel in PINK. They can get rid of all of that haha.
Customer service is great, too! And my opinion holds pretty high I’d say, since I used to work for VS back in the day. :)
