05÷04÷16 — I have tried this pizza for years and years. and is always the same. So they are very consistent on their pizza. But I rated this 2 stars becuase I am not a big fan of it just because of personal taste. Their Pizza probably has the most crunchy crust of the Ohio Valley. This is where my taste that I dont like the extremely crunchy crust. But doesnt stop me from getting pizza when I am in the area and need a quick cheap meal. Though I wouldnt make a special trip to get pizza from here. Though their are lots and lots of people that crave this pizza. My compliant is the crunchy crust which is just a perconal taste.

Great pizza tonight. Always a treat to come back to the valley and have an opportunity to enjoy Giannamores.

Good pizza not great, I reckon in a NY Pizza kinda guy, although the crust is crispy and it makes it really good, the toppings are put on after the pizza comes out the oven, which begs the question, cold pepperoni doesn’t taste all that good. But hey it works, prices are good, overall on a scale one to ten 7, Still a good value, and great taste, but NYPIZZAIT’S NOT.

Pizza always good. Be prepared; 45 minutes plus for your order to be serviced. Good things come to those who wait.

Tried again to make certain my taste buds haven’t changed. Well my original review still holds true… Still taste like the box it’s packaged in.

Pizza is good, but service is horrible. Call ahead for pick-up, they say 45 minutes, you arrive in 40 minutes and wait for 20 minutes. It’s pizza, 28 pieces to the tray, cook time is the same for each tray.

My favorite pizza in the OV. My husband prefers DiCarlo’s Downtown Weirton. Either way, among the best pizza anywhere!

Best pizza in town no doubt. I know people who live out of state and when they come home they have to eat here.

The best pizza I have ever had by far, but the WORST customer service. I have been eating here my whole life but won’t go out of my way to stop there anymore. I ordered a couple of trays of pizza early in the day for fantasy football draft I was going to. When I arrived I paid, and was told it would be about 15 – 20 minutes, well that turned into 1 hr and 15 minutes. I asked for my money back and they handed it right over without apologizing. I was not the only customer to do this that day. A woman in front of me ordered 2 trays the day before so they would be ready by 5:00 pm, she was told that would be no issue. She waited over 45 minutes before getting her money back.

I was highly disappointed in my pizza after reading the previous reviews the pizza is off to say the least th toppings are not cooked with the pizza and to me it tasted like school lunch pizza we also ordered a salad and it was lettuce tomatoes and some chopped peppers also very disappointing, when I picked upy order I think the cashier was having a bad day because once I found the peppers on my salad I asked to get one without and was given a bit of a cold shoulder all and all I will not be returning.

Simple… greatest pizza ever!!! It is like a drug you must have again and again. Sadly I live near Cleveland and rarely get to gorge on these awesome slices of heaven.

Giannamores=I live with the curse of you This is the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. If you are from the Ohio Valley read no further. If you have unfortunately found yourself in Steubenville/Wintersville read the following: Let’s start with if Dominos is your favorite pizza you probably will not get it. Furthermore, If you like Dominos please don’t eat this pizza and then complain. You have nothing to live for anyway so go get your dominos and then get back in your dodge neon and drive back to your trailer and gum some dominos with your remaining teeth while watching American Idol and drinking Diet Mountain Lightning. This pizza is «Sicilian» meaning square/rectangular. The crust not thick or leaden like the«Sicilian» you may find elsewhere. It’s not doughy like corporate pizza it’s crisp on the bottom but not hard. The tomato sauce is appropriately acidic not sweet and probably salty. The cheese is standard mozzarella but it’s added twice: once in a small quantity while baking and then a heavy dose after it’s taken out of the oven. So yes at first it not melted and it never really melts like a standard pie. The pepperoni is automatic and smokey and delicious. It is the best pizza I know of anywhere. This statement is not argue against proper Napoli style pizza or Connecticut apizza they are all awesome in their own right. But if you asked where I would get pizza if I could pick anywhere. It would be here. Ordering Instructions: Parking is interesting in the front so be careful backing out. There is parking in the back. You order by the piece I would say 4 – 6 per person is good. If you don’t want pepperoni you need to ask. If you leave the cover on the box it will steam melt the cheese. No fountain soda. Depending on when you go it will take 10 – 25 minutes They have other things on the menu. I have no idea what they are because in 30 years I’ve never ordered any of them nor have I seen anybody order them.

I love pizza and have eaten lots… Far and wide. I’d cross the country to eat these slices any day. We get boxes shipped to Vegas, but having it fresh is something unexplainable. Must try!

I never expected to find my favorite pizza of all time in Steubenville, but expectations are stupid. The crust is an incredible consistency, it’s the perfect amount of delicious sauce, and whoever invented putting cool unmelted cheese on top of the already melted should win an enormous prize. I wish they delivered to Los Angeles.

Pretty good pizza. Great crunchy crust, sweet sauce, and plenty of cheese. ‘Square’ pizza that is very similar in taste and style to Di’Carlos. I recommend eating it when first cooked and hot. Afterwards, it is greasy and must be warmed in an oven to keep a crisp crust.

Steubenville Style Pizza. One of the very best. One of the first stops a valley native will make when returning home for a visit.

I am an OHIO boy by birth. So I grew up literally across the street from this pizza joint. In all the places I have been there is no pizza the compares to Giannamore’s!!! It is a necessity to have a slice or five on every visit back to the O-H! There are always familiar faces in this locally owned hometown pizza. Call today they will even bring this delicious treat right to your door(although I can’t attest to the delivery service as I grew up right next to it).
