I drove 7 hours from St Louis to buy my recumbent tricycle from them. Their customer service was great. They spent an entire day with me after numerous phone calls and emails setting up the trike for my needs. I came back for the thirty day check-up and again they spent time helping me and showing me how my new accessories worked. Scott and Jessie were particularly helpful. I will be back before my overseas trip to have my trike setup checked. I wanted to spend money to solve some concerns I was having but they told me how to fix them without just selling me something. I really appreciated that.

My wife and I drove here to check out a tandem recumbent. The experience was as positive as we’ve ever had at any store. Scott spent 2 ½ hours with us explaining every aspect of the bike (not too much information, most of the time answering our questions). He had us take a test ride (after making sure we were comfortable on the bike) — and even took us on a tour of the assembly area.

Very friendly staff helped me set up my tubeless tire. Nice store, with good selection. Appears they specialize in recumbent bikes.
