I absolutely love this place. I’ve never gone wrong when I’ve gone here. I recommend the tacos especially.

The parking at this place is a little strange… You normally enter through the gas station and go around the back side. I ordered the meat lovers burrito combo with hash browns and a drink. The hash brown was a little on the warm side and not hot. It wasn’t as tasty as their competition. They do have one of those new Coke dispensing machines with a 100 different drink combinations. The burrito was okay… Not a lot of taste and even the eggs were a little bland. It was just okay for the price. I think their original two tacos for a dollar and curly fries and onion rings are probably the best items they have.

Everytime I come here there’s an issue. Once, the whole business was shut down due to problems. Another time the lights on the menu weren’t on and it was late at night, didn’t know what I was ordering. Today, the speaker wasn’t working. So there was a kind girl out there to take my order. I ordered a chicken sandwich no lettuce or tomato. They got the no lettuce right but still out tomatoes on it. I was so mad. Why am I paying for an order that gets messed up when the kind girl repeated no lettuce and tomatoes twice to the guy on the other end of the speaker? If my order isn’t messed us, then my food tastes terrible. It’s been a long time since I’ve had anything decent at this location and I’m done eating here. Hope you guys get it together because its extremely unprofessional.

I went to this location because it’s right off the freeway and I had to grab a quick bite to eat. I walked in because the drive-thru was jam-packed. When I went in there was no one at the register. I don’t blame her, because when she has to put together drive-thru orders and take care of the customers at the register it’s called under-staffing. Seriously I don’t understand why managers pull this BS! I took my order and waited another 5 minutes to get it. Don’t think I’ll be coming back here soon.

1) Typical Jack In The Box Location 2) Located right off the 5 frwy in the Valencia area. It’s also next to an AmPm just incase you can to grab some snacks there to compliment your Burger 3) Open 24-Hours which makes it so convenient

My teenage friend and I have been here twice recently, he turned me on to the portabella mushroom buttery jack burger, the mushrooms and cheese are like he says better than Carl’s version. HOWEVER there is too much messy mayo and butter on the bun for adults, next time I’ll order the mayo on the side, would skip the bun but the burger needs the garlic bread. First time was good, delicious curly fries — but second time there were tiny bits of bone in the burger! At first I thought I’d cracked my teeth so i was actually relieved. Didn’t send it back or make a fuss so as not to spoil the occasion with my young friend but wonder how often that happens, if it happens again I’ll definitely ask to speak to the manager. Otherwise have always been satisfied with their menu, their 2 for 99C tacos are greasy but filling and they have a decent value menu. Nice and filling with the 2-fer ads. Wish they had better deals on the salads, they just seem to push the heavier items. Good soda bar, tables weren’t wiped down tho but it’s a fast food restaurant, DIY. Staff so-so: took the order quickly inside but the cashier left mid-way to handle a drive-thru, left me with a kid who got confused about change.

Wish I could give more stars, but this location has screwed up mine and my families orders more times than I care to count. Usually going inside is fine, but a quick, on the go, drive thru run never ends well. I don’t know if the box doesn’t work, or maybe things get jumbled up through it, but they never get my order right. Today I ordered a Buttery Jack with that bacon mayo sauce on the side. Get my food just to find that they gave me a Buttery Jack with bacon mayo and BACON on the side? Even after stating 3 times at the box and twice at the window what I wanted. Not to mention that my families’ orders were also messed up. They didn’t give us orange juice with a breakfast combo, they screwed up another burger and other details that I don’t really care to talk about. If you visit this location, avoid the drive thru… Or just choose a different location/fast food joint.

Today was the worst experience I had at this or any other Jack in the Box. We decided to walk in due to the drive thru line being longer and is being in a rush. Big mistake. The staff were so incompetent they literally got everyone’s orders mixed up, including my own. It became comical. Last time I will go inside this location.

The employees are rude and obviously hate their job. One of the managers(a woman) was extremely rude. This staff made me dislike jack in the box.

This is my Regular(Local) Jack In The Box in Stevenson Ranch, CA. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. My latest visit was a Drive thru, the«Voice» that took my order was Friendly and Professional. Took my order and asked me to review it on screen, no problems. Drove Thru and was greeted quickly and again by a friendly person(Juan I believe). Almost no wait for my order(Visit was a Sunday night, bout 2:45PM), My order was correct and I was asked if I needed any condiments. When you go fast food its usually because you want some good fast food. Jack in the Box is always that.

usually service is amazing for a fast food place, but last time I was there server Destiny was so rude I refused the food and left. I asked her why the price on the menu and what she was charging didn’t match. Her answer, «well I don’t own the place, do you want the tea or not.». I asked for the manager and instead she walked over to help someone else. Hadn’t paid yet so I just left and called the 800 #.

Okay we just stopped here on our way to long beach to get a bite to eat and to use the bathroom. Neither was a success. The bathroom was not wheelchair accessible nor was it clean. The service was awful. We stood at the counter for about 20min before even being noticed. Once noticed we were asked very rudely if we were going to get anything. Umm… Yeah duh. Why else would someone stand at the counter. Had to wait another 30min for fries and a coffee. Shouldn’t those things be the quickest? If I could give zero stars I would.

Standard American Fast food joint on par with every other Jack In The Box around. My family uses this place as one of our rest breaks on out way from Central California to San Diego. Bathrooms are maintained and usually stocked. Never crowded when we’re there. Staff is competent.

Some see little point in reviewing fast food establishments. So the menu is mass produced, so is the food. Who gives a shit? If it makes you feel good, I say eat it… unless of course you’re of the Dahmer variety, though, as Unilocal has yet to host any reviews of hot spots for cannibalism, I feel like my advice falls on deaf ears. I digress. This particular JITB(I hope I’m reviewing the right one) is by far one of my favorites. After several years of reluctantly calling Valencia home, I have yet to have a bad experience. The late night staff is great and I commend them on their ability to sift through my drunken banter. As a CalArts student, Jack is normally the only option after Midnight that doesn’t completely suck. Plus, when you’re hosting a car full of high artists, a diverse menu is extremely helpful. I say keep up the good work! And on behalf of all the lost souls and late night wanderers of Awesometown, thank you.

Unilocaling a fast food place? Not my usual cup of tea. However, this particular Jack in the Box surprised me with amazing service. First off, my idea of fast food is a bit odd. No bread for me, but I love a good burger. So, I ask for my burger wrapped in lettuce. For the line cook, a lettuce wrap takes special expertise. The fragile lettuce needs to hug the burger, folding under and around the burger to make it easy to eat and a bit less messy. Also, the lettuce needs to be whole. Broken leaves quickly disintegrate into a terrible mess. When I unwrapped my burger here, it was wrapped just right. Devouring it was no problem. The biggest surprise for me, though, was the service. At the drive-through, I ordered a peach tea. I try to avoid soda, so tea is a good option for me. After paying, the guy at the window handed me my tea. Thirsty, I sampled it before putting it in my cup holder. Whoa Nelly! Have you ever expected unsweetened and got sweetened? Or, have you ever expected sweet only to get unsweet? Your taste buds freeze in their tracks, curl up, wither, and nearly die. That peach tea was sweet… very sweet… way too sweet… Of course, I ordered and it’s my fault. However, there was no way I was going to drink that. With nobody in line behind me, I thought it okay to pull a few dollars out of my wallet and ask the guy at the window if I could purchase an unsweet tea. I explained that I didn’t anticipate that this tea would be sweet. He took the tea back, smiled, and politely waved my money away. No problem, he said, as he handed me a replacement free of charge. As I drove away and took another sip of my tea, I smiled. How often do I experience quality and service at a fast food place? Thank you, guy at the window at Jack in the Box.

Great pit stop location for hot burgers-and I do mean HOT because other locations, the burgers are tepid, not even near warm. Aside for the food, there is a car wash next door, so while you’re eating your burger, you car is getting washed and detailed. Nice! Jack is good at this location-Clean restroom when I had to go. ..

Another Jack In the Box along I-5 that you can pit stop when traveling from southern to northern Cali or vice versa. This is your typical JITB chain with plenty of high calorie junk food. Breakfast served all day and a plethora of Jack pictures inside to remind you of his good looks. We typically stop here for potty breaks or a quick burger on the go. My wife and I enjoy the Sourdough Jack with curly fries and the kids like the chicken bowls. If you enjoy a breakfast sandwich, stop here for a good treat. If you have kids, order them the breakfast French sticks for that sugar rush. Whatever your reason, this is a good stop for food or a break from the drive.
