McDonald’s

It’s a very busy mcdonalds, which means your food is likely to come out fresh. This does however mean the line both inside and the drive thru is long.
Being extra busy like they are tends to lead to more mistakes. I’ve left with no sauces, the wrong sandwich, the wrong drink, etc.
The place is open 24hours, which is good, but they decided that they were going to clean the smoothie and blended coffee machine (aka, blenders) at around 9pm, thereby making it that I could not order anything «frappé». My guess would be that you might want to wash your equipment during the early morning lull, around 1−3am, as opposed to the time people are making their way home up the 5 freeway and would actually want a caffeinated beverage.

This is half a review and half a cry for help. I visited this mcdonalds a few days ago to get a McFilet. I always get that when i go to mcdonalds because it is just to die for. But when I finished my filet i realized i still had 20 minutes before my parol officer picked me up so i decided to go play in the indoor play set. This play set drew my eye because it is so big and complicated. I step into the room, take my shoes off and start climbing up the tunnels. Most kids had left for some reason, i dont know why. But after i played around for a little bit i decided i needed to work my down from these vast tubes. I took a few lefts, then a right and i felt like i was getting close to the exit. I wish that were the case. I started seeing the same tubes that id seen before. It appears i was going in circles. I realize now that i was going in complete circles. Hours went buy and it got dark. The lights went out and i set up camp in a roomy tube. The next day i ventured out through the tubes again, but to no avail. It has been approximately 4 days and 7 hours and i am still lost in these tubes. If anyone sees this send help! I am in the blue tube. All ive eaten since i got up here is some fries i found in the ballpit. Please help me, i cant last much longer. Still giving 4 stars though because the mcFilet is straight fire. SOS

super friendly manager Juan! Very clean and fast service. Love the fish filet Friday’s! I’ll definitely be back to this store. Cute happy meal toys too and I don’t even have a child!

I was there waiting in line this afternoon when I heard a manager, Maria V. (according to her nametag) berating a cashier in front of customers and it had nothing to do with what was going on. It was just «Look Jose can do so many things and he’s only been here2 months, You’ve been here much longer and all you’re good for is register!» Her public reprimand did nothing but slow down an already slow, disorganized operation. She did nothing to help her cashiers, or wait on customers just complain. I walked out.

I try very, very hard to not eat McDonald’s, but when I was a grad student sometimes it was «desperate times call for desperate measures!»
This location is extremely busy and often very slow. Once, I clocked them at 24 minutes from the end of the line to reception of «food.»
The staff is nice enough, though I don’t fault them when they’re less than perky. After all, they do work in food service.
Really just poor quality of food and slow service — so happy to have the time and budget to cook at home more now!

The absolute rudest employees I have ever dealt with and I was dealing with the managers. I will never step foot in this McDonalds again.

They did it again, our order is always missing something so I made sure to count our items before hitting the freeway. What a mistake. Our sausage egg and cheese McGriddle only had sausage where’s the egg and cheese? They do this all the time because they think we are all out of towners and won’t complain. I’m writing corporate about this it is giving tnem a bad name for this poorly run franchise.

Travelers be carefull! I am a local resident and this McDonalds is close to my home, but I feel sorry for the many freeway travelers who stop here and then drive away. This place will always get your drive-​thru order wrong or more commonly, short you food. Being local I can go back and demand a correction, but how many people discover the «mistake» 5 miles down the freeway. I would like to believe that honest mistakes happen, but it is far too common here to be a mistake.

Sloppy. Good and hot food but the place needs a pick up.

Constantly getting my order wrong! Friendly people, but they can’t get the orders right! Has to be management problem!
Also new fish bites are a waste. All breading little fish. Stay away!

I wish this Mickeys was updated on the inside. It has the feel of something from the 90’s inside… otherwise the staff is mostly helpful if they aren’t busy.

Micky D’s is Micky D’s. But this place was really clean, I needed to get food for the road back north and to use their restroom (which was really clean).

mcdonald’s coffee is really good I like it a lot ! It taste like dunkin donuts coffee. I like the flavor. You would think that would be the last thing they would improve on but they have made it better over the years.

This place blows, gets orders wrong, never includes sauces when you order McNuggets, don’t allow you to use more than one Molopoly game piece freebie, the list goes on. The only thing that keeps us coming back here is the fact it’s the closest fast food chain by Magic Mountain, other than the one on McBean Parkway I suppose, according to my GPS.
They suck. Seriously. If you go here, make sure you check your order.

It’s a McDonalds. If you are hungry and in the neighbourhood, it will do!

This McDonalds always screwed up my order. I mean always. The worst was when then left the meat patty out of the burger. I brought it back to the manager, opened it up and asked him what was missing. «Uh, ketchup?» he said. No, Sherlock, the thing is very clearly covered in ketchup, you forgot the patty.
So, I finally boycotted this location and settled for the one in Sylmar off Roxford when traveling south.
I broke my boycott with the new remodel. The place looks nice, very nice indeed. I went several times with the kids.
The new problem? Everything takes FOREVER. I have heard this from many people. Last time I went a simple order took 15 minutes to get. Then, I had fries and they were covered in salt. I am not talking a light dusting either. I mean coated. Disgusting.
I would recommend that you get your McDonalds fill at another location.

The drive-​thru at this McDonald’s is open 24 hours a day. That means you can get a Southern Style Chicken Sandwich (note «Style») any time of the day or night. Fries at 3 a.m. are guaranteed fresh!
